Is it ok to marry someone if you're mostly doing it for the security/stability and you mostly think of them as a best friend or part of the family? What if there was someone else in the picture but you haven't known them as long as the person you're going to marry but they want to be with you and would take care of you and is in love with you?

Here are the signs hes been sending me
remembers stuff i tell him eg if im going to a concert will ask how it went
shows an interest in what i get up to
when he talks to me he looks me in the eye if you know what i mean
helps me with work stuff if i ask him to look for a file he will without moaning
his face is open when we talk
shared stuff bout his interests, family etc
lends me his dvds

now? Don't you feel it is necessary anymore to have a weapon in your home to protect yourself? I know i do. We have several guns in our home and i have been trained growing up on shooting and saftey of a fire arm. We live in the country so we shoot for practice here when we want too. But, what about you how do you feel about this? Also would you have trouble shooting someone if need be?

He keeps getting up in the middle of the night and going out. When he comes back he's usually got blood on his hands and on his face (around his mouth) and is shaking. He wont talk about what he's been doing and when I try to challenge him he threatens to leave me and our son. What should I do?

He grew up in a loving family with siblings and a mom and dad. His Dad died suddenly of a heart attack and nothing is the same. He calls me names, says I'm worthless and a rotten mother. Threatens to kill me, blocks my path, comes in my room at 3am to start a fight. He says he doesn't care if I die and no one would care either. It's as if I don't know my own child. He went to counseling, but he's even worse. I feel so beaten down that I don't defend myself anymore and usually go to my bed and cry. Then he just comes in and says I'm pathetic. I have loved and truly cherished my son. I have never talked down to him, spanked him........I just don't know what to do. He's mean to his sister in much the same way. I worry about how he treats his girlfriend as well. Sometimes I'm so depressed and worn down, I wish it would have been me to go, and maybe he'd be happier with his Dad. Please!! Can anyone help me at all. What is wrong??

i have a 5 month old son who i love to bits. the problem is his dad. he has only seen him once and that was 3 months ago and he doesn't pay any money. i have given him many oppotunities to have contact with his son but he hasn't taken me up on it so i told him to forget he existed. to cut a long story short, if he decided he wanted contact with him, would i be wrong to say no?

Recently I have noticed that I seem to have lost my sexual appetite. I have been in a relationship for nearly three years and is by far the longest I have been with one woman. Before her, as bad as this sounds i was with a lot of women. I love her with all my heart but i just dont feel like having sex. She always wants to have sex. And it drives me nuts. I recently had a surgery as well, and even if it doesnt hurt at that time sometimes i use the excuse that it does to get out of having sex. When we do have sex I make sure that she gets her pleasure as quick as I can then I stop. Wether I have finished or not. What can I do?? What is wrong with me??

A month after we broke up, i was surprised because he transfered here in our office. We've been in the same workplace since December 2004 till now. Were still friends,we always talked to each other, he always txt me every morning before i woke up and every night before i sleep. We always go out for dinner before we went home.When it was his day off, he always went here in office to pick me up.After work,we went to mall and watched movies.He's always in our house every weekend and when there's an occassion. From December till now, we were like dat acting like that as if we didn't broke up.There was a time when we talked about the two of us.He asked me if i miss him.At first i dont know what to answer,then after minutes of silence, i told him yes..He then told me dat he still love me.He always tell me dat thing when the two us are together.My question is,is it true?does he love me?

I will try to make the long story short. I was very much in love when i was younger with a military man & our relationship seemed perfect. Well, he got of the military & went home for a visit & never came back. I had no idea how to find him & i still don't know why he left me it seemed like we had a really good relation-ship. I assume he met someone else & just took a cowards way out but i don't know. After he left i found out i was pregnant & I now have a 14 year old son with this man. Well i found his profile on myspace. I asked him to add me as a friend. He accepted & told me he told me he thinks about me often but he never explained why he dumped me for no reason. I'm happily married and have been for over 10 years but i want so bad to tell him about our son but don't know if it is the right thing to do. My son knows his step-dad as his dad because we got together when he was a baby. I don't know what to do. Please be nice and offer me advice my nerves are tore up.
