My bf & ive been 2getha 5 years - since i was 16 - and have lived together for the last 4 years. He's my first eva bf but i really dont think i love him, hes totally controlling, he checks my fone, my fone bills etc.... I have met this really nice guy ( we've been friends for a while and if my bf finds out hed flip) who wants me to break up with my bf and to start a romantic relationship with him. i no my bf loves me and i dont want him to hate me, hed b devastaded we split.I cant stop thinkin bout this other guy and he calls me all the time, how should i handle this situation?

When you break up with him do not do it for another guy. Spend sometime being single and enjoying your time that way you will feel more settled when another comes along.

You can't really call it a break, but rather a break up. It's time to move on. You need to tell your bf straight up that you would like to discontinue the relationship because you don't feel that you are in love with him. Breaking up is hard for everyone. Good luck.

Tell him his controlling your life.... sometimes breaking up work when you argue, but if you don't want him to hate you just tell him you like him as a friend and hope that he'll find someone better , someone that loved him who he is.......
