My story is very sad. My 4 year relationship ended last summer. Nothing bad happened, we both just decided we needed to take a break to think seriously what we wanted with the relationship. She started going out with an ex of hers and he proposed, she accpetd and they got married 4 months later. I know this was a rebound...I tried to convince her not to get married and to marry me, but she wouldnt.

Since she has been married now for 5 months, she emails me and calls me all the time, adn tells me that she is not happy, that she misses me too much, that she wishes she wasnt married. Tells me she loves me so much. When I tell her to divorce and marry me, she just says she doesnt know, she would hurt him too much, etc., she doesnt know if she could do it, because he is a good guy, etc. But she doesnt love him.

What should I do? Is she going to fall in love later? This whole thing makes me sick, I cannot describe how much I am hurting.

I am married with 5 kids to my hubby. He is sweet, kind and nice natured and all, but he is as lazy as hell. I work 60 hours a week, run a business from home as well on weekends and he does not work. He is meant to do the home duties etc and he does as little as possible. I do a lot of the housework, cleaning and monitoring of the children. One child is diabetic, and blood records dont get recorded. The doctors have asked and asked, and I cover up for him. All he does is sit at a computer all day, OR on the X box, or shops on eBay. He has drained my account, and now have little money to register the car. I try and sit and talk with him but it goes nowhere. He is good for a few days, then slips back again. I struggle and struggle, and now feel I cant do this any more. I am considering leaving him to make things better for the kids mainly. We didnt have much money to take the kids out this holidays neither, but money was spent on expensive hi fi stuff, we already have. Please help?

I married when I was 19 to a great guy but somewhere along the way we just started falling apart, we fought all the time and could barely stand to be in the same room with each other, so we decide to separate, a few weeks later I met a guy and we started dating we really hit it off and 2 months later we married, however I was not divorced. some time went by and my father died and at the funeral i ran into my ex husband, when I saw him a lot of feelings came back and we ended up having sex (he did not know I was married) however at the time I was pregnant and decided to tell him I was, he said he knew it was not he's and was really hurt so he left me, its been a year now and i still love him but I recently heard he is dating a very beautiful girl and that he loves her very much and is planning to anull our marriage so he can marry her! is this possible? what can I do to get him back?

I was raped when i was like three or four or five and my husband all of a sudden thinks he should tell my family. The person that raped me was a fmaily member......a cousin that no one talk to anymore. I'm over it, i've been over it. But out of nowhere my husband thinks he has the right to ell my family. He is threatening me that he is going to tell! I am so upset right now. I don't think he has that right. What do you guys think? And the rape doens't effect me sexually at all......trust me. Or mentally.

i found out that my boyfriend did not have his phone yesterday and that his so-called wife got ahold of it and was pretending to be him. i was trying to tell him that my ex husband was coming back from california and "he" said good then i don't need him because i can get serviced by the other guy, to which i responded there was absolutely no way because i loved him with all my heart and couldn't stand the thought of being with anyone else. then "he" said he was supposedly happy with his wife, and i asked if that was so then why did he make love to me the day before and talk about how we might be together sooner rather than later. ok so right there i just told the woman that i was still sleeping with him and that we had plans on being together. does anybody think it'll get her to finally get a clue and go away or just play her stupid head games even more than before? and please don't bother telling me to leave him cuz i'm not going to.

I told my fiance how many men I had slept with which is 8 I dont think that is a high number, I told him when I lost my virginity and now a YEAR later he is upset about it.
He claims he "waited" for me by only sleeping with 2 females (I smell bullcrap!)...
So I say well there is NOTHING I can do about that, its my past , what do you want me to do about it.
I told him these things trying to be honest and now he is throwing them in my face!
Has anyone been in a situation like this before?

My husband and I always seem to have the opposite mood swings. When I'm down or depressed, he's happy and when he's stressed or depressed, I'm estatic! It's not that his stress makes me happy, but everyone has mood swings, so you know how they go, nothing obvious has to trigger them. Same goes for our sex drives. His sex drive might disappear for a week or so when my is through the roof and when his sex drive returns, I lose interest in having sex even if nothing is wrong and I'm happy!

Anyone else have this? We just think it's funny that it happens that way. Once when we first started dating, we were depressed at the same time. That was scary! We tried to off ourselves together. It's probably a good thing our mood swings don't go together eh? Haha.

He drinks A LOT. Usually about 12 beers a day. We've been married for 8 years. He drank when we met, but not like he does now. I asked him to cut back back just one or two beers a day for a while, and he flew off the handle. He yelled, called me names, and tried to justify it so many ways... One time I printed out a list of long term effects of heavy alcohol consumption, and the same. I didn't want to offend him, I just wanted him to know I care about his health. He accuses me of being selfish because I want him to get help. It's obvious to me that I don't know how to handle the situation because I'm seriously upsetting him. I need help. How can I talk to him about this without pissing him off? What can I do to get him help?

My friend needs to get a divorce from her husband. They have a 12 year old son. He threatens her by saying he is going to hurt her and do anything he can to have his son in his life and out of hers. She can not afford an attorney. All the ones that she has called said they she needs to be able to put down $3000. Her husband does not even have a job so he definitely will not be able to get an attorney and fight her for anything so she's not worried about that. I know that you can basically do your own divorce by going online and filling out forms, but I don't think you can if a child is involved. She has contacted legal aid and she qualified for help but they were not able to find her an attorney to help her for free, so she is right back where she started. Does anyone know of anyways she can get help, or maybe get it done cheaper?

My husband and I both work all day long and have 2 children (4yr, 7m). We used to have sex all the time...but now hes either "too tired" or "not in the mood" and I always seem to have to initiate it! I work just as much as him if not more...as i work all day and then come home cook, clean, put the kids to bed...and I am like begging him to have sex after all this and he'd rather watch tv....now he is a great father and husband other then this...and ive already talked to him about it...but its not getting better...im not going to ruin my family or my kids life by giong elsewhere...and im not just going to play with myself every night...but im so over having to beg him to have sex with me....(by the way i have an athletic body) so im not fat or anything like that...any suggestions??

I am not talking about Las Vegas, but if you have little time and you suddenly want to get married because you are going to go someplace else, can you just go to a priest and tell him to marry you even though you haven't made any rearrangements and told the family about it, will you get married anyway?

I mean, he has fruit flies and roaches in the bathroom, food in his fridge from before I divorced him in March, there is a bra on my 8 year old floor and no females live there, my 8 year old has a broken window, no sheets on his bed, his mattress is askew, and there is a hole in his ceiling. My 11 year old has cat litter all over his floor. (they dont own a cat.) there is rotton food under their computer desk where their pomeranian lives on a rope tied to the desk. There is mold growing in their food cabinet. I called CPS once, and they had their church come in and clean their house spotless. They let it get messy again. When I called CPS again they thought I was just a bitter ex wife. Any ideas??

I recieved two phone calls this week from my ex wifes twin sister. My divorce was final last month [took only 60 days].My ex wife has vanished off the face of the earth.Quit her job and moved.I don't know where or with who but these actions confirm what i had suspected for months.I think she was having an affair and has moved in with him.Her sister called me to say,my ex wants me to move on as well,no kidding, she asked for a divorce. This whole experience has been devistating for me and i don't understand the motives for her sister to call me.She doesn't ask me any real questions, she just says her sister has been forced to make changes do to financial reasons. All i know is when she has called it has pulled me right back into the pain i have been going through for the past five months.I miss my wife,i don't know what happened to her, where she went with who.Don't i have the right to know if my wife was having an affair right under my nose.Or is it just tough luck, suck it up and move on.

I had this guy friend for a year ( we were just friends), his wife freaked out and said that I was trying to take her husband away from her ect... I am married and had no intentions of being with him and him being with me. She has harassed me to no end. Recently she put a quote on her myspace page saying " He is mine *****, he doesn't want you, go to hell" I haven't talked to her husband in 3 months. I know I shouldn't let it bother me, but it does. Got any advice on what I should do about this?

Depending on size of a car, it can take in 5 to 8 people at the same time…Can a woman
do that? Willingly?

You can ride a car for more than 100000 miles with 5 to 8 people & it doesn’t say one single word? Can a woman do this?

A car needs its headlights, engine, transmission, tail pipe replaced every now and then, Nothing can you replace that on a woman?

A car needs its fluids replaced every 3000 miles.. Woman cost too much if you giving them a new look?

A car does not care if you ride another car.. Will a woman allow that?

You can kick your car if you get mad... can you do that to a woman?

Would women like to add why we MEN should choose them over a CAR?

I attended a Christian Women's Bible School for a short course on family relations a whie back and one thing that was discussed at length by the women was that men don't seem to have goals for the family like women do or if they do, they don't discuss these goals with them. If this is true in most cases? Do you think your wife feels you don't discuss things with her as much as she would like regarding long range goals and plans for the family? Just curious.

When my daughter was born I was not with the mother and she did not include me on the birth certificate.

We have since formed a more constructive and cooperative relationship (not romantic!) and I have a good relationship with my 11 year old daughter.

My Ex and her new boyfriend were concerned that 'were anything to happen to them', I would have to prove my paternity before having custody of my daughter. I'm not sure it would be a problem to prove my paternity as I am well known as the father. But anyway....

They think I should be on the birth certificate for that eventuality. This brings me to the CSA. I pay good maintainance to my ex and am worried the CSA might demand more than I have already paid (which I'm sure I couldn't afford) if my name appeared on the birth certificate.

Am I overestimating the enthusiasm of the CSA and how difficult is it to prove paternity to the relevant authority without being named on the birth certificate?
