I was talking to a friend,her adopted dad molested her and her siblings 33 years ago, and nothing was ever done to him.She found out this man has married a couple times since then and had molested theses woman's kids. He moved out of state and changed his name,he has to be stopped but she doesn't have any idea were to even start.If you have any info I can give her to help her I would appreciate it, Thank you.

Contact the Center for missing and exploited Children, and they should point you in the right direction. These people are animals and should be stopped. They are like tigers, there stripes never change. I really hope you follow through with this, and good luck!

Go to women's resource center and ask for legal aid contact. This guy should be stopped for the safety of others in the future.
