I had this guy friend for a year ( we were just friends), his wife freaked out and said that I was trying to take her husband away from her ect... I am married and had no intentions of being with him and him being with me. She has harassed me to no end. Recently she put a quote on her myspace page saying " He is mine *****, he doesn't want you, go to hell" I haven't talked to her husband in 3 months. I know I shouldn't let it bother me, but it does. Got any advice on what I should do about this?

Is it worth causing this woman so much pain to keep a friend you had for only a year? What if this was happening to you and you were insecure, you'd be pissed.....tell the man it's not working out in a friendly sense and it'll be better to become less friendly. It should bother you, your coming between a marriage even if the man say's it's okay, it's not and you as a married woman should understand and have compassion. Do the right thing and end the friendship,

Just curious, if you haven't been in contact with her husband in three months, how do you know what she has on her myspace page unless you went looking for it? It sounds like she isn't the only one who isn't dropping the issue. You need to walk away from this situation completely. Stop looking at their myspace pages, stop thinking about them and put it behind you.

When a wife is that crazy jealous, the safest thing to do is
sacrifice your friendship with her husband .If you don't ,she may end up doing something besides just putting quotes on her my space. You may end up needing to get a restraining order against her.

You have to ignore it and tell yourself that you did nothing wrong. Let it eat her up inside, not you. The kind of hate she has towards you will only hurt her in time, sit back and watch her torment herself. Be thankful you got away, I can see why he needed a friend, he had a psycho woman at home!!

Well if you wanna settle it as a adult then you should msg her or call her to meet w/ her to talk it over. There are many woman/men out there who are insecure about themselves so they take it out on their spouses. I think the best way to get over this w/ her then u should talk to her face to face or over the fone or something. bc if it's been three mths and she's writing stuff on her myspace then that means she still thinks something of it. Talk it out trust me it works. It's better then going bk and forth sending mixed msg's on myspace n stuff...

Ignore the silly beeyotch. She obviously has insecurity problems. She'll find someone else to torture her husband about eventually, until she tortures him right out the door.

Is it so unusual for a wife to be jealous? Have you ever tried talking to her? By not speaking to her, you have confirmed her ideas of you and who you are. You need to explain yourself to her and reassure her that the two of you no longer speak b/c of the tension between the two of them.

Ignore her, when she finds out you don't want to play she will look for another mouse to torment.

Blow it off & go on. If she uses your name maliciously in cyberspace, ask a lawyer about a lawsuit.
