I married when I was 19 to a great guy but somewhere along the way we just started falling apart, we fought all the time and could barely stand to be in the same room with each other, so we decide to separate, a few weeks later I met a guy and we started dating we really hit it off and 2 months later we married, however I was not divorced. some time went by and my father died and at the funeral i ran into my ex husband, when I saw him a lot of feelings came back and we ended up having sex (he did not know I was married) however at the time I was pregnant and decided to tell him I was, he said he knew it was not he's and was really hurt so he left me, its been a year now and i still love him but I recently heard he is dating a very beautiful girl and that he loves her very much and is planning to anull our marriage so he can marry her! is this possible? what can I do to get him back?

you have a child from someone else, that should be your main focus, if this child's father still loves you, you should be with him so that your child doesn't have to be in a broken home, AND, he doesn't love you anymore, it's over between you and him, you shouldn't try to break him up, he didn't do that to you when you found your new guy. If it is meant to be, it will happen. But for now, tough luck.

Okay, let me see if I got this straight... You were still married to your first husband and you married the next guy? That makes you a polygamist and it is against the law. Second, while you were married to your second husband and you cheated on him as well with your other husband that he did not know about? That makes you a liar and a cheater as well. You did this while you were pregnant with 2nd husbands baby? You are sick!
I hope 1st husband is dating a wonderful, beautiful and sweet woman that will do right by him. I do not think Annulment is possible, but I sure hope he divorces you so that your 2nd husband will realize that his marriage to you is not really valid and that you cheated on him and he takes you to court too and sues you for custody for the baby, because you have obviously lost your ever lovin' mind and need to be in some rubber room some place. You play with people hearts and emotions like they are disposable and you do not deserve either of them.

You should not be with either of these guys. First off, you got married way too young, which is why the first marriage fell apart. Then, you married some other guy after only knowing him for 2 months. No one has any business marrying anyone after only 2 months, it's complete lunacy. Besides, if you were still legally married to the first guy because you never got a divorce, then your second marriage was never really legal to begin with.
What you need to do is take some time to live alone with your kid and grow up before you get into another relationship with anyone. You need to let the first guy go, because he's moved on with his life.
It's like you go out of your way to make your life as complicated and drama filled as you possibly can. Why would you do this to yourself?

First of all, your current marriage isn't legal because you're still married to the first guy, so if you want to have a legal marriage of your own you need to officially divorce the first guy anyway. Second, I think you need to take some time to figure out what you actually want instead of jumping from being married to one man, illegally married to another man who is the father of your child, and then back to the same man you were originally married to. Take some time for YOU instead of bouncing back and forth between marriages like this.

i love questions like these. but i think you are asking the wrong ones. how can you get your husband back? why not ask, why am i a bigamist? why do i have an infant by someone i married illegally after knowing him for only a few weeks? why did i immediately get knocked up by my illegal husband? why when i saw my real husband afterward did i blurt out after we had sex that i was pregnant? how did he figure out so quickly it was not his? why do i have so much trouble with numbers? what is so special about the woman my husband is now seeing? why does her want her and not me??????????????????????
