You had an affair& sex before marriage which you told your husband & he recorded this & told his parents too. Now you fear he will use this recorded version to take annulment of this marriage that’s why he sent you to your parent’s home. This all your case is. Fine no problem, he cannot do any thing as far this case is concerned. The very fact his using this recording of your being having affair & sex before marriage is no ground either for annulment nor divorce. It has been held by the courts in India that any lady losing her virginity or having sexual relationship before marriage will not amount to fraud if this fact not told to the husband before marriage & as such the condition of fraud to be used to get the marriage annulled will not be allowed to him in your case too. Just don't worry he won’t be able to do any thing against you but you can definitely seek monthly maintenenance from him along with place to live at his house or on his cost at any place which he will be asked to arrange for you. For the moment just try contacting him & asking these two things I told you here, if he refuse it then you can move the court for these under section 125 Criminal Procedure Code for monthly maintenenance & under the protection of women from domestic violence Act for getting protection order against him & his parents as well order for place of residence at his house or any other place at his expense. All this for the time being & what should be next step I will tell you after you get all this from him.

Anyways, Dear Chanda
Have you spoken to your parents about this before. If not then speak to them about your whole episode and take them into confidence. Call your husband and his family and speak to them in front of your family and some of trusted elders of the society or community.
Declare your incident openly, if your affair was wrong and you feel that you had wrong and whatever happen was wrong then shout on top of your voice and speak. Be bold and face the situation and win the battle. Tell truth and fight for that truth. Do not hide anything for your past or present, bring out truthfully and fight the battle intelligently.
Still your husband wants to leave you, be brave and leave him before he declares, but if he accepts you as you are then give him all the love which he needs.

You should have not told your husband if the situation was like that. They may take advantage of the fact. It is better to seek some legal opinion. Remember that being raped is not a crime. You have already suffered and they can not get benefit out of it...

Do you think your husband is worth so much trouble?
He doesn´t really care about you, if he would feel something for you, he wouldn´t act like he did - like a rat...
All I can say is, make the best out of this awful situation, get a quick divorce and forget him.
He isn´t worth any thoughts and any tears, he shall not marry and stay forever with his mommy..
Move on and forget about this stupid family... they are really not worth it.

I think they are creating evidence against you, you can take advise of a reliable and good lawyer, and on the other side try to covince your husband why you wanted to tell him your history so both of u could have faithful rlationsship.
