This is driving me crazy. Every time my wife sees that I have called my sons mother she accuses me of wanting her back. I am not attracted to my son's mother at all. My wife is very pretty. What is wrong with this picture?

but he was on probation for throwing a knife at me a few yrs ago in front of my kids. And also has a history of abuse. Should I be worried that there might be a judge out there crazy enough to give him custody of my son. Or should I not be worried at all?

Several of my friends have their own checking/savings accounts. My husband and I have both of our names on each account and there are no "hidden" accounts.

What is the "norm"?
If you do not share an account, what is the reason?

My fella (?) who I was engaged to for 5 mos. til I lost the ring, sold his home & bought one 900 mi. from here. His daughter & her husb; son & his wife & his only grandchild, 5 yr. old boy live there. He says he has decided he wants to be w/his family. He is 66 & lost his wife 2-1/2 yrs. ago to cancer. They had been married 39 yrs.& I don't think very happily. She was an alcholic & allowed him to do whatever he wanted w/o complaint. He is used to having things his way. He wanted to just be friends, (w/benefits) after I lost ring & later we had an unrelated fight, where I blew-up. He was very upset w/me about that. Said he can't handle hostility. He responds to my "I luv U", in kind, & says he wants me to come visit & doesn't no what future w/hold for us. Say's he hopes things w/work out for us. His kids been here helping him pack for past 4 days, he's called me once w/brief conv. He's leaving tomorrow. What are your thoughts on this?

My husband and I have been seperated for 3 months. Just recently in the past week I decided that I wasn't happy with the guy I was seeing, and he the same thing happened with him and the girl he was dating.

I told him that I needed to talk to him, and we decided that we wanted to work things out and prevent a divorce because we still both loved one another.

Now, where do we start? I told him I think we should go to counseling, but what else can we do to help mend our relationship together?

My boyfriend is 49 he is divorced 7 years, from a 21 year marriage. He's a spirtiual man, very spiritual. I am as well...though we don't share the same religion, we have common beliefs. He doesn't have set priorities, but work seems to come first, and his hospice clients. He's pushed me aside for work at times, and that has gotten to me. Usually he's kind, sensitive, and understanding...he acknowledges my feelings and tries to make it up to me. It was just a month ago that he invited me to his Friend ( of 20 years) Mike's BBQ party, and there I met all his friends for the first time. Everything was fantastic...my boyfriend and I were both so happy, he was making plans on trying to get a house and sell his condo..he told me he was thinking about us going away for a weekend which was a surprize to me. But anyway, the next day as I was leaving on the bus to go home (45 mins away) I told him that we hit 10 months...he seemed "wowed" by it, and gave me a sincere squeeze (while in his arms)

My divorce is in sc, but my soon to be ex is living with his ho in nc. He is proud to admit to the adultery and with any luck at all, my divorce will be final before Christmas. I then want to let the ho know that she has messed with the wrong person this time. The main reason my sorry excuse of a husband took up with her is that she is soon to inherit a few million $. Getting any money will just be an added bonus as far as I am concerned, but making everyone in North America aware of what a couple of low lifes that these two are will be worth the time it will take. My lawyer has a friend that is going to represent me, but any help or information that I can have before I go in to see her, will be greatly appreciated.

Ok, my neighbor is always making a point of becoming so helpless when my husband comes out. Yesterday, she developed this "limp" and almost "trips" in front of him. I told him that he better let her fall. She has this repeat habit of suddenly dropping something everytime we are doing any yardwork. It has not been overly warm this week, and she is wearing yeast infection shorts. I just want to kick her as hard as I can. Tuesday, we came home at almost the same time. I pulled up about a minute after my husband. This girl has bent over the window with her generic shirt flapping open, asking my husband for a ride. I told her very nicely that if she does not get her fishy, stank *** out of my husbands face that i was going to drag her. My husband says that I am being hormonal. i think that I am seeing what he is too blind to see. How would you handle it? I am leaning toward yanking her bald. What would you do?

Wife, 27, begins affair with husband's friend (both friend & husband are 33) of over 20 years while still living at home and then moves into her own apartment. Affair is very serious, lasts almost 6 months. Completely emotional, physical, etc. Wife is ready to leave husband for friend. Then 5 weeks ago, at the 11th hour decides to go back to husband and try to save the marriage. Both seem "sincere" about trying to fix this. She's in counseling, he's in counseling, but they're not in counseling together yet.Tells husband of affair but makes up a fake person that she had affair with. Doesn't want husband to know it's his friend. Family and her friends are willing to go along with cover-up. They're spending lots of time together, but he has stopped talking to his friends and she still talks to the friend twice a week on the phone. I have 2 questions.....
1. Will the marriage survive?
2. Will he find out who it really is, even if he's not actively pursuing it.

(assigned parking) Then he told the office about their pets in case they hadn't paid up (Deposit & monthly rent) Now I'm scared of being confronted by these people. My husband is convinced he was right. I'm not. I don't want to stir the pot but I don't want to be confronted. What should I do?

The only thing I believe will cause problems is my kissogram company, I bought the company 3 years previously. Would she be intitled to half the company, would I be forced to sell it through Northern Ireland Courts, Her name isnt on the solicitors letter when I purchased it, is she still entitled to half.

LOL...that got your interest didn't it. Me and my hubby are going to a go-kart track tonight, you know where you race go-karts against each other? Well, the last time we went, he bumped my cart which sent me spinning so of course I lost. He keeps saying he's going to win again tonight. I'd love to beat him this time. I had the pedal to the floor last time and still couldn't beat him! How can I beat him, other than cheating, which he obviously did by bumping me the last time, and do you think this kind of competition with each other is healthy? It's all in fun!

I like to play pool and drink and chain smoke and listen to loud music-basically I like going to a bar. My husband will stay home and babysit while I go to a regular hangout spot. I get surprised looks all the time when I tell people (usually guys) that my husband lets me go out alone. Why is this so surprising? It isn't like I wear revealing clothes-I usually wear jeans & halter- and I don't try to pick anyone up- I just like to play pool--So, why is there such a problem with my being out alone??
