I have not asked this question for my self. I am happily married, and wouldn't look at another man.

This is a concern I have about someone else that I know.

What is legal & illegal has to be decided by the courts not people of this forum. Yes doing sexual intercourse with married women is adultery punishable offence under section 497 of the Indian Penal Code, if the guilt is proved by sufficient evidence against the accused of this offence. In the civil matter adultery can be a ground of divorce for the spouse of the married women as well married man involved in illicit sexual relationship. These are the extremes of any affair, but if there doesn't exist any sexual relationship between the two, and then it is not adultery & one of the grounds for divorce. Such no sexual affair may be taken as a ground of cruelty another ground of divorce. Hope this issue is clear now. You always need a lawyer's advice on the legality of any issue.

I won't advice it, because if they are married, you stand a better chance of loosing if any serious problem surfaces, that is their likely to back their spouse over you, so why make them use you for fun dear, there are a lot of single men out there, its not worth it, give it all up if you can. Thanx.

C nothing is illegal, but u r cheating ur partner thats it, if you have any problem with your partner you should talk to him/her n solve the problem, n its not about only India or Europe, its for whole world, Cheating ur partner is not good, its better u talk n solve it or leave ur partner as simple as that.
