The only thing I believe will cause problems is my kissogram company, I bought the company 3 years previously. Would she be intitled to half the company, would I be forced to sell it through Northern Ireland Courts, Her name isnt on the solicitors letter when I purchased it, is she still entitled to half.

It depends on the state you live in if she would get half the business. 1 year is to early to call off a marriage. The 1st to years you fight alot & by the 3rd yr it calms down. Just must not have been serious about this. It sounds like you are a good husband. Maybe you just picked the wrong person.

She would only be able to get half of what you have earned in the marriage.
