Marriage & Divorce - 27 October 2006

Just this week my Fiance was transfered their and i need info on how to get their from Vallejo and San Francisco, visiting rules and guide lines on bringing a baby and what the exact address is and how visiting works. I need help please. And if he sent me an unsigned visiting form what should i do? And any info on how to get married their we tried to do it before he went their but they took him a week after he got sentenced. Please do not write anything not related to what Im asking and i sure dont need any negative feedback!!!!!!!!!!!! We have a son together and are very much in love with each other just so all you know.

i have the money in the family and plan on paying all the closing costs about 7k and going 50/50 in the morgage payments. He has c.c debt from previous marrage about 25k.debt is not from over spending but guilt from leaving his wife and child he gave her everything. he has a hard time paying half our rent which is about half what our house payment will be. i'm afraid if we buy this house he won't be able to pay his share and i could lose everything i have trying to save our house. Should i pay off his debt? i have the money but i'm just scared if i bail him out his controling ex will guilt him back into debt "you abondoned you child" is her famous line to make him do what she wants.Please don't say you need to talk to him about his ex i have and it does no good. i know he would like me to pay of his debt as he has hinted around about it more than once.Would you take the risk of bailing him out and giving him the money in hopes of a better life? please be honest

My bf of 13 yrs have cheated on me over & over yet i take him back everytime.Can u tell me how do i move on with 3 kids' no money, no friends,i haven't done anything for myself during those years but be a good mom to my kids and a good woman to him,sometimes i have the strenght to just move on but lately i'm feeling very depress.I don't have the support and encouragement i need to go on. Let me say first that as of now we are both representing ourselves in court. We DO NOT have lawyers and do not plan on getting any until necessary. This is why I'm asking this question on here, so I do not need advice on obtaining a lawyer. We are both in debt big time and agreed to not obtain lawyers for financial reasons
I had my divorce papers served to my ex, they were returned back to me because, I guess, he moved to a different county. I have two questions. First do I HAVE to do anything further with his paper work, or have I done "my part" in having them served. Two, IF I do have try again, can I just send them to his parents house, since that's the only other address I know?
Our first mediation meeting is on the 2nd of Nov., so, to be honest, I want him to miss the meeting (this guy's a piece of crap (criminal records and domestic violence issues) and I'm trying to do anything I can to keep him away from my daughter and me) if it'll make the case run smoother on my part

There are lot of people out there who have been searching for someone to fool out in sham marriage. Their only purpose is to get USA citizenship and once they have it, they run away. Everybody please be careful. These people have taken the support of internet to search for their prey. Innocent people get trapped by their talks and start trusting them more than anything. Before you make any commitment to someone online, make sure you meet the person in real life. There is definitely no doubt that you are going to find them totally different in real life situations. Internet is just a fake thing. However, it has not only lead to help find prey for the sham marriage just for the sake of usa green card but there have also been a few young people who have been raped or murdered after they met their online partners. So please just be careful. I have gone through the same situation. I was fooled by a guy who i met online. I married him but later find out he had an intension of getting to usa.

I love a married woman, but sees me as a best friend. We started talking and the more I got to know her, the more I fell for her. I don't know if she knows how I feel. She allows me to give her massages and hugs. I feel that maybe, she has some feelings for me as well. She is married and has three children. I know she loves them and I would never ask to leave them for me; unless she decides. She plans to be an actress and I know she can do it; I would do anything to help her. Today is our anniversary, and my husband asked what I wanted, and I said to go to dinner. Now you have to understand, that every day after he gets out of work, we go to his parents house, and have coffee, and are there for an hour, hour and a half. Today after planning the outing and decidin where to go, we stopped at his parents as usual. They had dinner waiting for us. I know it was a nice gesture, but I really wanted to spend some romantiic time with my husband. We have been married 5 years today. It's the first time we were going to celebrate out......Am I being selfish for feeling so sad?
