Lately she has been very critical of my culinary endeavors, is this a sign of some underlying issue?
Is it symbolic of a loss of appetite for our relationship?
Or is she just developing a very sensitive palate?
Thank you for your prompt response.

Maybe she is just teasing you. Try making more than just peanut butter cookies. Make her favorite dish, or ask her to help you with your cooking. Is that the only thing you are concern about in your marriage. Talk to her, the key to a good marriage is communication. Take her out, do something for her. She probably is in a bad mood, or have a lot on her mind. I'm sure your relationship is fine. Don't worry, if the cookies don't work try making something else.
