We live in the NY area. The last we heard from him is that he lives in RI Providence. All the sites ask for money. The last time I payed I got no results.

If you have his social security number you can send a letter to him through the social sec ad . they will forward it to him at his last know address if he has paid S.S. taxes . the down side is if the brother doesn't want to be found he doesn't have to reply . but at least he will know that you are trying to find him . I dont know the exact procedure for doing this so check with the local
S.S. office . My oldest brother was located this way , he told me that he had gotten the letters for several years but wasn't ready to have contact at that time , Best of luck to you , at least this method is free
