I am dating a man (and love him dearly), and he's recently proposed. I'm uncertain partially due to view of my friends. SItuation, he has a daughter (age 7) and he is a terrific dad to her. We live in Boston, she lives in Maine. He does everything for her. He has another daughter, age 3, she lives in the midwest. He has never attempted contact with her, and doesn't plan to. Totally absent. He has been contacted by the mother on several occasions but he insists on the mom "finding a new dad" for their daughter so he can be "out of the picture". This is disturbing, but I still love him. I need input. Should I assume he could possibly go down this same road with me in the future, completely dismissing my child (if we conceive one....after marriage)? When I ask him about it, he says that she "trapped him", and he isn't going to be taken advantage of. Yes, he pays support on both children (by court order). Ladies, would you stay away? Move on? Men....input too please.

I am not talking about a particular man or woman. I am talking about men and women in general. My point is if all women say NO to all men except their husbands then the infidelity would not exist in the world. What do you think?

My husband seems to have wondering eyes. We cannot go anywhere without him looking at other women/girls, even infront of me. Why does he do it? Is he no longer attracted to me or is he just being a typical man?

O:k I put my husband out because I think he cheated on me. I know for a fact he was friend with this girl without my knowledge. They exchange b-day cards. He said they never had sex, just friends. However we have been separated for 6months, but we still have sex. It's not the same as before, but still good.My mine is just not in it the same. Most of time its me wanting it. To be honest I'm scared of meeting someone new. I still love u. I'm one of those woman who grow up saying"if a man ever cheat on me I'm leaving". My mind say leave. My heart is on pause. My feet won't move. My body is calling. Should I just forget about that **** and get back with my husband? Togather 8yrs Married 5yrs. One son.

My wife cheated on me last year. We seperated for about 5 months but are now back together. I do love her but I have not forgiven her. I don't bring it up anymore and I don't even think about it as much as I used to. But every once in a while it just pops in my head and I get sad and upset. Will it ever stop? What should I do?

CA resident. Never married. I understand that I'm at least responsible for his health/dental insurance (which what I've been taking care of), but does the mom require more? I provide just as much as she. She's married & has another child. I'm single. I have huge projects I want to do to benefit my son (11yrs old), but it would require every cent to put into? Want to file for joint-custody stay, but trying to avoid all drama possible.

I am married man of 39. She is 22, unmarried. We are great friends.

I have NO relationship with my wife BUT we are still with each other JUST because we have 2 kids and we do not want to ruin life of kids. There is nothing left between me and my wife.

I love this girl so much. She consider me as her BEST friend and she has proven it that I am on the TOP in her life BUT she SAYS that she could not love me because I am married man.

I agree that she is right from her view and I THINK that I am also right from MY view because I am also HUMAN and I have rights to love someone.

We are with each other since last 6 months. She is working with me so during day we are officially with each other.

I am not living with my wife since last 6 months and since I met this girl, we are spending ALMOST every night with each other. Believe it or not BUT I have not even hugged or kissed her BECAUSE I VALUE HER FEELINGS THAT SHE DOESN'T LOVE ME.

Am I doing anything wrong by loving her ?

What a waste of money and heartbreak. Why don't ppl work at their marriage more instead of divorcing and be surer about whether you want to carry out those vows

We have lived together for 17 years, he helped raise my daughter, he pays for college for her, loves her enough to refer to her as his daughter. Recently he bought a home large enough for my mother to move in with us (she is 76). We have joint accounts and he refers to me as his wife. We both wear rings (for years). I just dont get it. I am 41 and he is 44.

Any advice ?

When we play Monopoly I always put a couple 500 dollar bills up my sleeve. She hasn't caught on to me yet, and those loaded dice with double sixes just scoot me around the board.

I have myself in a mess. First I found some things that very heavily suggest my husband has had an affair. But he says no and so does she. What to believe? Decisions, Decisions? Then, to try to get evidence, I installed a keylogger on my computer. The evidence that gave me, is its highly likely they were just friends, based on a few emails he sent her after I found out about her. Pretty much saying that their friendship is causing problems in his marriage, and they should not really hang out like they were doing. He had no idea I would see that email, so he could have said "their affair", but he said friendship. OK, so great, right? Probably they were just friends. But that keylogger has raised some other issues. He frequents sex seeking websites, i've caught him in lie after lie because of that key logger, so suspected affair aside, the lying has destroyed my trust in him. But he dont know I know he's lying. more details to come and my point as well...
