NO!! He wiped out all the trust so now he has to PROVE himself again. I am in the same place you are and until I get some proof this man can be trusted I don't believe a word that comes out of his mouth. Things like looking through messages and contacts in his cell phone, taking the password off his computer, answering my questions with answers that make sense. So far none of these things have happened so I can only assume there is more deception. A marriage or relationship with a significant other can't last. Therefore it's time for me to go. Why are you not doing your best to get the kids back to their mom? I could care less about him, but she is your daughter and you say she is a great mom...so do what you can to help her.

By the way, I know how you feel. My mom is SOO desperate to think my ex is still a good guy and she does things that make me crazy.

My ex had my parents so convinced that I was CRAZY he was planning to take my boys and move into my sisters basement WITH their blessing!! I thought he was going to another state to look for work, and he would take the boys to see their family while I finished college. We soon found out that he was planning to file abandonment charges against me and I immediately filed for temp. custody and a divorce. But even though he has done all these disgusting and vile things to young girls (but no one wold file charges) They still want that relationship with him. It is damaging my relationship with them.

Stand by your daughter. She needs you to be there for her and her kids.

You can't.. when you let your guards down every time your the one that gets hurt in the end. No need to be with someone that you can't spend the rest of life with in unconditional love. Trust is a very big part of building a strong foundation in all relationships.. search your heart and make peace with yourself.

man that's a hard one i've been there before. All you can do is let go of the past don't through it in his face, and don't question every little thing he does cause then your just going to find your self back to square one, If you want to still be with him your just going to have to take his word

He has to be truly willing to put his money where his mouth is. You can't trust him on his word alone. Walk away and if he comes back, lay out your expectations. If he loves you he will be willing to do whatever it takes to earn your trust back - no matter how long it takes.
