well why I askewd about women only is because on my opinion it is women that say Yes to the married men in the long run - NOT the men.

No because this will only cause them to get sneakier with it so as not to get caught. I'm going to stick with my previous answer and that is....if married people learned how to uphold their marriage vows that says "to forsake all others" then we wouldn't have to deal with infidelities in the first place.

This is a bad question. Why does it only have to be women, do you not think men cheat as well.
If there was a fine for married women and men having s_x with someone else, then there would definitely be no tax increase, or any problems with education in the schools.
Imagine if someone did get fined for having s_x with a married person, this world would be rich.

What is up with all these questions on "women" and "infidelity"?

One wants to know why women don't just say "NO" when asked by men to cheat. Now you are asking if women should be fined for cheating.

From the beginning of creation man have been blaming woman for doing wrong. Adam said: "God it wasn't me, it's the woman you gave me"

C O M E O N . . . Thou shall not commit fornication or adultry! Each are equally responsible and if there is going to be a punishment, then "punish both male and female"!

Stop blaming the woman.

Only if the married men were fined would it solve the problem. Guys are cheap misers, the kind who cheat, that is. Women are desperate, will spend the last dollar on a jerk.

Not at all. First of all, many of these women do not know that the men are married until after the affair has started and sometimes not at all.

Second of all, this would be nearly impossible to enforce.

Third of all, the fines should be levied on the cheaters when they are caught. That would help reduce cheating.

Take care,
Troy

It might cut it down a little, But I don't think it would solve the problem....Some women don't care about a man being married..They feel like it's a challenge..with no string attached..

Personally I think they should be fined or much more...Desperate Whores!!!

What if married men, were casterated for cheating with other women? why do you always blame the unmarried woman, there was a man there. sounds like the men in the Bible, who took mary magdalene to jesus because they caught HER in the act of adultery, why didn`t they bring the man to be stoned?

You've got it backwards...Married men should receive jail time for having sex with single women. THAT would solve the infidelity problem.

No i think its more appropriate to cut off the penises of married men breaking their vows.
Moreover....women cannot force a man to have sex!

no there will always be the temptation and yet i doubt it could ever be inforced. besides why do you generalize it as women having sex with men. it takes two to tango...
