should i just sperm in her and say "surprise" or... would that not be cool. I did it for our other two kids and she didnt seem to mind... she loves surprises so...

A different take on this, you have two more stakeholders in your family. Your two little ones. Try to think whether a baby now would reduce the attention they are having from you and your wife.
Yes I think you need to consult your wife and get her permission before proceeding.

Who takes care of the kids the majority of the time? If it is her, respect her wishes and give her a break. Raising kids is a lot of work and adding another baby or pregnancy to the mix should be a choice you both make. Besides if she doesn't want more kids right now why isn't she on birth control?

I think if you both want another child then you need to talk about when you want it...is it now or someday? i guess you could just suprise her and do it but you need to know when she wants to have another.
