We've been happily married going on 20 years. Obviously, the rule is not universal. But are there any other white women out there that dated black guys and ultimately decided to happily marry someone else that was white?

i was trying to find a place where i can see marriage records before 1966 because my family are trying to figure out when my mother's parents got married my grandmother says 1947 and my grandfather said 1948(he passed away in Sep 3,2005)and we are trying to figure out (san antonio or laredo)(because some people from business need it)i was wondering if anyone knew any sites plz and thank you(by the way we don't live in san antonio or Laredo

I have no pets at the moment, but I do love animals and would love to have a pet dog or bird or even a cat but my fiance told me in no uncertain terms that if I "want a dog or a pet of any sort I should seriously look for another guy who is a pet lover". I have spoken to him about this previously in hopes that he might have changed his mind, but he is adamant. I am in near disbelief that if someone truly loves you they would be so hard and fast about a simple pet. He said that pets are more responsibility than children (not allowed to have one of them either). . . Is this enough for me to consider calling it off with him? I mean, I am happy to compromise to an extent but I'm wondering if he is going to be laying down hard and fast rules left, right and centre through the marriage. I always thought that if someone loves you, they want you to be happy and are prepared to put aside their petty grievances - however his grievance with pets doesn't sound too petty. Oh what to do!!? ?

I have met this girl that I like. We have known each other for a few months now. The more and more I get to know her, the closer drawn in I get. We get along with each other so well. She compliments me and I compliment her. I don't know if I should throw in the towel and get closer to her, or should I keep searching for the one. I'm not a transvestite. I have no desire to wear women's clothing. But what's the big friggin deal? So he secretly wears your undies......so what?
If I came home and found my wife wearing my undies, I'd be puzzled, and maybe amused, and I'd sure wonder what she was doing......but that's no reason to go hysterical and see a therapist and a divorce lawyer or assume she's a lesbian or bisexual. Lighten up ladies! What's the big deal?

OK, If a man and woman get married, then seperate. During the seperation the man gets a sex change. It starts off as a clean amicable divorce but now getting ugly. First are they still married since they are the same sex? And can the wife take this guy for everything he has? Has anyone heard or seen anything close to this?

My future Mother-in-Law is absolutely the most crazy person I have ever met. She verbally attacks my fiance and is extremely phony. She acts friendly to your face and stabs you in the back the minute you aren't looking. My boyfriend just finished culinary arts school and she wants to take out a home equity loan out and open a restaurant and be partners. First of all, that is just dumb. If the business fails, then she loses her house. My fiance is trying so hard to cut the apron strings and she just keeps trying to hold on. Not to mention she hates me, and I've done nothing to her or her family. She wants to be supported financially, yet she treats people like garbage and claims she is a church woman cuz she reads the bible and goes to church. My fiance is starting to resent his mother and that is just sad. So with that said, any suggestions?
