OK, If a man and woman get married, then seperate. During the seperation the man gets a sex change. It starts off as a clean amicable divorce but now getting ugly. First are they still married since they are the same sex? And can the wife take this guy for everything he has? Has anyone heard or seen anything close to this?

I think she has an excellent claim on the majority of the marital assets. She can easily show that the marriage was a fraud committed upon her from the very beginning. She'll need an attorney to make that claim, though.

Not if it's a separation on paper. If it's written down, the exes are free to do any stupid thing they want.
I wouldn't sign one of those for my "ex" a few years ago, because it would have allowed her to @#$%& an entire college football team with my adult sons watching with my tacit permission.
Maybe the ex-husband wants to try and take the ex-wife's boyfriends away.
