Well, I think his going off and marrying someone else can be characterized as 'unrepentant adultery', so, yeah, you are free (Matthew 19:3-8). But yes, see what you can learn from the situation before you dive into another relationship. Observe other relationships, both ones that work and ones that don't, to get ideas for how to have things work out better next time.

And then, yeah, choose to keep company with someone who isn't going to go running home to Mommy and Daddy (or anyone else) at the first sign of trouble, someone who takes responsibility for his life and decisions (instead of expecting someone else to do it, or worse yet, blaming someone else when something doesn't work out), and is able to make commitments and keep them. And of course be such a person yourself.

Bottom line: You can't *undo* the past, but you can use the wisdom gained from it, etc. to turn it to your good (Romans 8:28).

I wish you all the best, may God bless you!

Yes you are free to remarry.

However, consider some of the bumps and bruises you experienced the first time around.

Try going to a marriage conference before you re-marry. Or else just date until you faint.

I assume you're looking for a religious answer, since the legal answer is so obviously "yes".
Whatever the reason for your divorce, once he's having sex with another woman that would classify under any reading of Scripture as a release for you to remarry. Period.
