return the kidney?
I read this in the news some time back. Cheated-on hubby sued the ex wife to get his kidney back. Seems fair he gets it back, huh?

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.
They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!
This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease.

wow...that's really low...someone's willing to risk their life to donate their kidney and the person stabs them in the back.....but yeah i think that is perfectly fair to have to give the kidney back.

wow, what a wife, i am sorry for the husband, must be really sad, i hope he get his kidny back, but i think unlikely. without a kidney must be the reason he can't had good sex to his wife so she cheat...

Nope.
There are rules to donating organs and one of them is that you cannot ask for them back under any circumstances. Take a look at the organ donors assoication if you want more info.

I think that she should have to pay for damages. I would figure out what a kidney is worth, if it is worth her life, then she should have to pay dearly.
