I have been with my partner for 4 1/2 yrs now. My divorce got finalized on Dec/05. He wants to get divorced but since we have a big mortgage pymt and he's the one in charge in giving the pymt, he says he has no money to pay for the divorce. He asked me if I would pay for it. Would that look bad or not? He wants to get married but we have to wait until he is divorced. Should I pay for it?

Now, this person is raising cain that she is on hard times cause she is no longer getting support now . How would you shut this anoying person up when she comes over to visit without hurting her feelings?? I told her she was lucky as I never got any support for my child and she told me that I had remarried and didn't need it. Now what do you think I should tell her ??

I am 6 and 1/2 months pregnant and found my husband packing condoms in his suitcase when he was going abroad to visit his family. He lied to me telling me he didn't know that they were there and that I must have packed them even though I begged him to tell the truth. The next day he sent me a quick text saying sorry and that he was just taking them to try his luck. I left our home before he came back from work and the next day he went abroad. I've been a mess ever since but he has hardly called in the space of 2 weeks and the calls lasted less than a minute with him just asking how the family was. I told him that I had sent him an email to tell him how I felt and what was going to happen to our relationship but he hasn't bothered to read it. We have a 7 yr old daughter and have just celebrated our 8th wedding aniversary. I also found an empty condom wrapper in his diary a few weeks ago and he told me that someone had planted it there.

My hubby and I had some issues. His ex chick left a msg saying that she didn't want him to call her only because he is upset with me.(I know she's a lil out there-my hubby and I had been great friends for 5yrs b4 we got married and he told me about their relationship)So I confrnted him and first he denied talking to her. Then when I got the cell phone bill he admitted to talking to her but that was it. I called her and she told me that she saw him three weeks b4 and that they had some drinks at a restaurant then slept with him at some hotel. She couldnt give me the name of the hotel but she told me what he was wearing and knew what pics he had in his wallet. He denies ever seeing her. Would a guy really keep lying, even if they didn't actually cheat?I believe he saw her but I dont believe he slept with her. On her msg that I heard she said she still loves him.I'm sure she would tell me anything to cause probs.I know hes doesnt wanna hurt me.Have u lied b4 even tho the truth is 4giveable?

Here's the thing my husband and I are best friends with a couple (well a few different ones) and at our party on Friday night my best friend (we'll call her) mela, who her and her husband have been going through some rough times. You see it really starts a few months ago, Mela cheated on her husband of 6 years w/ a co-worker. She got caught and they (to shorten it up) decided to stay together. Now as her best friend, I have been trying to support them in all this. Ok back to friday night, my hubby and I were having a summer bbq party, after a few drinks a couple (8) of us climbed into the hot tub. we all relaxed and had a good time. Well yesterday mela and I went shopping she told me that in the hottub she was rubbing another of our single friends...penis. I was shocked. After all the recent **** they have worked out! why? my ?'s you ask....what should I do? tell her husband? leave it alone? talk with her? Please help!

Here's the deal: I work a full time job and a part time job. My full time job direct deposits payroll so I never even see my check. My part time job mails my check, my husband gets it-I never see it. If I want money or need money, I have to ask permission. I am not allowed to use my credit card or the debt card. Ever. So I found some cash at home that was labelled "kelly taxes"-it's money he set aside from my second job to cover takes on that check, which amount to only 150 bucks a month. I grabbed about $50.00 out of it and now he is having a duck fit. How do I shut him up about it?

Well it turns out that my hub and I have been married from 4 years. We have a common friends who have also been married from 4 years. Actually about 15 months ago I found the woman at my place sitting on my sofa kissing and making out with my hub. I saw it all for what was 5 minutes of a passionate makeout. Then i even heard my hub tell her later on at parties that the kiss they had was it, and he can't do no more with her but he really likes her alot. At every party afterthat where wehave met all in public, he always hugs her, stares in her eyes, observes her, he dances and grinds with her. about 8 months ago at my house the guy gave the woman a very long desperate hug it seems. the woman tried to push him and ask what he was doing as if she wanted him to stop and she was mad at him for not taking things further. my hub kept hugging her and hugging her in silence without letting her go, finally she hugged him and the both hugged then. That was done. then now we are also a

While I was in late pregnancy with our twins he forged one of my checks to go buy drugs- because of my condition and the fact that I was trying to help him get over his addiction - ha!- I let it go. Even today my Mom says turn the other check - BUT - my attorney says if I want to protect my kids from a crack addict I have to build a case - would this be the time to hit him with a feleony? We won't reconcile - too much has been said and done- I believe he has a new piece of tail - and I have two almost 5 month old babies to care for - and I believe that can be done better without the addict. Should I or shouldn't I?

is this normal behaviour? There mom rules their lives and they jump when she calls. She will wake them out of a dead sleep at 4 am just to get her sugar. I moved away and he says he is going to leave but it seems like he wont.

I'm new to this whole child support thing....I'm moving away from and breaking up with my son's dad. It's a move long-overdue and we both agree it is best for everyone. I'm concerned about child support. I heard that non-custodial parents, who work jobs that earn most of the income in tips, sometimes don't report their tips so they don't have to pay as much in support. Is this true? My son's dad is a server at a bar/restaurant and his bi-weekly checks are only $150, but he makes $50-$150 during a given shift, and he works 4-5 times a week. Is he required to report, or is this a lost cause?
