1) Wait until she's ready each time (good luck!).
2) Romance - Go somewhere special, spend time with her, surprise her somehow.
3) Understanding - Show that you agree with her and understand how she thinks, as much as possible. Be honest.
4) Do what's worked before, and experiment a little to learn if she likes anything better. Remeber, when using foreplay you can wait until she initiates each additional "step."
Remeber, she may enjoy sex without the big "O." If there's too much pressure on her she may fail anyway.
Tips: use "yourself" to put pressure toward her belly, taking it shallow (straight or rotating @ 1-3" depth - g-spot), occasionally surprise her with deep, or hard and deep (single or burst), you'll know if you "surprised" her. Putting her butt on a pillow will help.

Pay attention to her. Watch the way she moves, the sounds she makes, the look in her eyes.
Usually this is the hardest thing to do. Everything else is just touching the right spots at the right times.
If all else fails, ask her to tell you and explain that her body didn't exactly come with a users manual. Tell her you need some guidance because you want to be a better lover for her.
Trust me, she'll appreciate this even if she doesn't tell you.

You should find her spots on her body first. Then make sure you give her foreplay on the most arosing spots. When your in, roll your hips and add a little pressure, look at her and see where it feels good by her expressions. With all that said something good should cummm out of this!!!!

The only way you can really be sure to give her the Big-O is to do it BEFORE you actually have sex. That way, when the time comes for actual intercourse, the pressure will be off you to perform and you may actually please her more.
