Marriage & Divorce - 5 July 2006

I need to get a divorce and I need to go bankrupt...but I have no income available for fees.
What do I do? Time is only making things worse. I am employed but it takes all I have to live...I have no lump sum monies. Are there lawyers who finance? Someone please give good advice.

I am considering a divorce. What are the chances of getting the house instead of the wife?

I know it's impossible but she will loose it if she gets it. She does no housework (haven't touch a vacuum sweeper in months, doesn't do dusting), yes she is a compulsive hoarder. We have dogs that she can not take care of. She can not mow grass. She does not want to spend the money necessary to repair anything.

I can easily go, but I would hate to see the house go into a state of disrepair.

He has a wife and one child with his wife, there has been no divorce or leagal separation. He has no other children. The child support commitee is looking for him he just found out today. Does he owe them anything for the daycare assistance his wife recived while he was in jail? If his wife is trying to get child support from him without filing a divorce, can she do that?

Ok heres the situation, i met this guy in the apartments i live in. His sister lives right across the street from my townhome im renting. He is such a nice guy and we have soo much in common but he is 42 yrs old and im only 28 yrs old. We are both going through divorce court but he was actually married and im just fighting with my ex boyfriend over custody and visitation issues. He tells me that he likes me alot and that he wants to take care of me and my two boys that i have from another relationship. He makes good money because his income is about $1200 a week and he owns a nice home which has two extra bedrooms that my two boys could occupy. I was thinking of moving in with him because im struggling right now as a single mother paying bills and rent and trying to buy extra stuff for the house and for the kids my income is ssi afdc and child support totaling at $1400 a month and rent is only $340 a month because i have section 8. should i move in w/ him he says he just wants to see

I hate my father, but we used to be the best of friends because he adopted me when I was 14, but when my parents seperated he said he was tricked into adopting me by me and my mother. this makes me sick.. so of course I am totally on my moms side because on top of everything else he committed adultry. How do I get on the stand for his defense without cussing him out when I have chance.. oh and did I mention.. he's trying to get custody of me!!! we haven't talked since my mom filed for divorce, he was supposedly tricked into adopting me, but he wants custody? whatever.. and plus I'm frickin 18.. 19 in Aug.. so how do I handle this?

My wife tells me this past weekend that I have no idea what it takes to be a husband. Ok, what does that mean? I love her, I provide for us a nice home, good food, transportation and entertainment when possible. I try to be cuddley and intimate, but most times, she's too tired, or has some excuse for not wanting to make love. Not in a sexual way! I think that I do a lot for my husband. Maybe too much? Somone told me that if I give him everything, than he won't be hungry for more of me...? I do my best to make him happy and to please him. He is a good guy. He tells me he loves me and that I am beautifull all of the time. Which I apprectiate very much. It's when it comes to spending time together, that I need more of. He rather play playstation or watch TV. Then to spend time with me going out to dinner or whatever. well. the problem is I know this guy for like a month now. the first time I sow him I felt in love with him. he wants to marry me but my parents need time to know the guy more. even do I need to know him more. so my parents ask him to wait like a month or two to get ready fo the wedding then we can get marrid. he said no.
I feld so bad becouse I love this guy but I just cant get it why he dosent wanna wait. two month or whatever time will take. he said he loves me but if he do he have to do whatever it takes . for me. my parents didint ask him from enything hard. he said we need to go to the court first to marrifd then we can do the wedding letter.
