HE PROBABLY LEFT YOU BECAUSE HIS FRIEND KNOWS HOW TO SPELL AND DOES NOT WRITE LIKE A NINE YEAR OLD RETARDED CHILD.

You might want to clarify the question. I'll type what I think it is here, and you can say yes or no:

"I've been married for eight months, and my husband left three weeks ago to be with a friend and hasn't come back. We have a two-year-old son. What are my legal rights?"

Assuming that's the correct question, yes, talk to a lawyer. I should imagine that at the very least (assuming paternity has been proven) your son should get child support if he doesn't come back, and if he's abandoned you a divorce should be a no-brainer, but laws in your state/country will vary.

As I said when you asked the question before, he cannot demand that you leave the house, it is joint property and the fact that he pays the mortgage makes no difference. If necessary move into a spare room, and if you feel threatened, call the police to have him removed. The division of assets will be part of the divorce process, do not under any circumstances agree to move out.

Sweety every state is different, there is something called pro bono where legal advice is free if you cant afford it. If he wants to be with his friends instead of you and your child he really isn't worth keeping anyway. Some guys and girls just dont want to be responsible. Be the bigger person, suck it up and move on, you obviously have a computer so there you go you have almost instant access to your area im sure. Good Luck!!

There's nothing messed up when someone is taking the p**s out of his wife. You should take legal advice, but in the meantime if the house is in joint names, change the locks. Otherwise he'll come & go as he wants. He's deserted you & your child & should grow up & accept his responsibilities, if he can't do that, then he should go back to mummy & daddy as he's obviously not grown up!!!

If you live in the U.S., contact the Department of Economic Security in your state.
They will help you get child-support, etc.

And as soon as you can, get a good education.
This will make you independent of men, so that you don't have to settle for bad ones in the future.

:-)

if he left then let him go but you have to try to go get custody of the baby, maybe you should try to get child support and let him have visitation. if he left the house change your locks and make sure he cant come in any more, he is no longer wanting to be with you but you have this baby to worry about.good luck.,
