divorce. Now I got this message on my answering machine that says that if I testify against him, I`m dead.I`m TERRIFIED.I know if he doesn`t do it, his friends will..he`s got some real low-class pals.I can`t just take off, I bought and paid for this house. If I leave it, it will be set on fire. This is a nightmare.I need some REAL answers, please..I am unbelievably scared. This house is my first solid sign of what hard work can do.I know you`re thinking leaving would be the thing to do, but if I do, I have NOTHING.I`m confused and so afraid..help..please?

Ok, I know this question has been asked before, but I want answers directly to this. Okay, I know this is wrong but I've been kinda seeing a married woman for the past 9 months now and I recently met her b/c we live far apart. She's a few years older than I am. She says that she's separated from her husband and she's waiting on a divorce. So anyway, should I just stop this now before it gets any deeper and how long does it take to get a divorce? Please don't bash me on this, I know how it sounds already, believe me.

This is a serious question so no stupid smart-asz answers please. But do you ladies like riding your husbands/boyfriends face...ie...straddling his face while he gives you oral?? It seems alot of the married women I hook up with love this. Anyone else like this.

He didn't tell me about money I had coming on pensions from the settlement and he tried to keep it. He is upset because in a deposition my lawyer tried to find out how much money he spent on his girlfriends ("dissipation of marital funds" the lawyer called it). He told me it was terrible of me to do this, and it humiliated him. He says my lawyer "stuck it to him" because part of the settlement was that he paid some of our joint credit card bill. That was something we both agreed to and I paid for some things such as the taxes on the home (he didn't pay that). Anyway, what should I do about him. He is very hateful towards me and he was the one who lied and cheated and withheld money coming to me as part of the divorce. When he says these things I can't sleep and it affects my work. How should I handle this?

Don't answer if you've never cheated. I'm not asking you to so. But if you can own up to it...share. You just might help some other woman comptemplating it. Keep it Real!

My daughter is nearly three. About 2 months ago her father stopped showing up to visit her. We are now staying with my sister and my daughter sees her cousin's interactions with her dad and how much time he spends with her. My daughter has said several times, "my Daddy's sleeping." But yesterday she said "I need Dad; I want Daddy: where is he; where's Ken?" I told her I didn't know and left it at that. I have enormous guilt for giving him another chance and letting him hurt her again. It doesn't look like he is seeking any visitation, and I was worried he would in order to have access to me. I can not find out for sure because his lawyer won't say and I do not have an attorney of my own and can't afford one. Yes, I did call Legal Assistance but they are over-burdened and will not appoint an attorney in this case since there is no property to divide(!)

Please give me some ideas how to handle my daughter's questions. I do know not to burst into tears but thats what I feel like doing.
