I dont know what to do. It seems like we never have enough money. I make more money then he does, but yet he pays 2 bills- cable & 1/2 of rent and then seperately his car payment, insurance, cerdit cards, gas, and cell. I pay all of my bills, which include 1/2 of rent, electiricity bill, internet, car payment, car insurance, gas, food, laundry and some of his bills sometimes! Do those debt consolidation places really work?! He needs one. He has 7 credit cards completely maxed out. He's not really getting anywhere with making minimum payments, and I am tired of paying for everything! We've been fighting a lot about it lately! Also, this week he wants me to give him 200 dollars. If I do we wont have any food! Does anyone know how much interest those "cash advance" places charge?
Any advice is very much appreciated!

i bought a caravan with my ex wife (before we split up) we paid half each, now we are no longer together my ex will not allow me access to the van as i will not lend her my jeep so that she can use it - reason being i lent her my jeep before and she did not look after it, returned it with no fuel, and the thought of her racing down the m25 with a 26ft caravan gives me nightmares -she has the keys to the lock up and caravan.
where do i stand legally, i dont want to take her to court or involve soliciters however i am not being held to ransome over something that is as much mine as hers.

now they were separated for more than a year and it is the lady who left me and sent the issue to court. Now when they were in court the lady said that he only wanted attention from the guy that is why she sent the issue to court, and the man is saying that he does not want the lady any more but the lady is saying that he want him back . And threatening him that if he did not take her back he will go on drug and die. Please what should the guy do because it is a big problem for him the lady is worrying him. Even the court said the guy should give her 40% of her wealth and the guy agreed to do that but still the lady will not understand. and I guy don't want her again
please advise no insult.

My ex husband owes a couple of thousand of dollars in back support, today I went to friend of the court to have them help me collect it. They told me because I was not receiving welfare that there is a no enforcement policy when someone is recieving SSI! Is this true has anyone else heard of such crap? If this is not true how can I fight Friend of the Court decision?

I mean really!! my significant other takes a picture of another picture of a naked girl and then sends it to his best friend with my cell phone. WTF man? Then to top it off he doesn't even cover his tracks by erasing the picture or info being sent. i ask him about it and he says he doesn't know anything about it. He was the only one who had the phone over the 4th holiday. His friend then sends a picture of a certain female anatomy to my phone. Again I am asking WTF? I could've totally found some twisted humor in this if he didn't just look straight at me and act like he had no clue?

He tells me stupid lies all the time. I'm kinda stuck in this relationship. We were married over nine years and I wish he was normal more than anything but he just can't seem to tell me the truth about anything. It caused me to actually go through with a divorce last year and he just can't get it through his head. I wish I could kick my own a55 for all the crap I've put up.

maker while her husband is a computer professional. We used to chat everyday on yahoo and discuss our day to day problems that we come across with our respective husbands.That guy has gone ahead and spyed on all our chats and also he has discussed the same with his parents who are in India.The parents have been since causing her emotional trauma for having spoken against their son to me .She is dead scared of her future and feels that husband might divorce her and snatch her baby from her.She cant even send an email nor call me up. Some one please advise as to whether its a crime to chat with other female friend and what is the need for the husband to spy on his wife.
