Is it normal?

It's perfectly normal. Women tend to be more neurotic about things. They tend to swing more emotinally - so you should have times when she is not particularly neurotic, followed by periods where she is extremely neurotic and posessive. A lot of women feel the need to dominate over men or compete against men and even more so other women. This can also make them more neurotic. It's the mars venus story. You married her - now you must live with it.....

It can be. Is she under stress, mad at you for something, or insecure. Having neurotic tendencies worsen when they're used as a coping mechanism. Is she obsessive about putting the dishes away, having perfect nails all the time, putting your socks in the hamper, stuff like that? Maybe even neurotic about you cheating? There may be things going on that trigger it. She can have a "legit" reason to yell at you with your socks on the floor, as opposed to yelling at you for checking another girl out. That would show her jealous or insecure side. Then she doesn't feel as vulnerable if the socks are used as a medium for anger.

no but men seem to think women are neurotic about a lot of things that other women would consider normal

Why are you so whinny? Are you not man enough to stand up, be a real man, and be in charge of things so she's not neurotic?

A woman only projects what her man is giving her, maybe you're just a lousy husband, but you feel better blaming it all on her.

I feel sorry for you.

Vague question... my hubby used to think that his ex was neurotic about everything... now I know why... it was more him than her, or me... what are you doing to make her neurotic, or what is neurotic about?

Honey, you are the one who married her!
Didn't you wonder about that before?

No, it's not normal.
She may need some counseling, therapy, even meds.
And she will need lot of love and support from you.
