Marriage & Divorce - 4 July 2006

Ok my friend is married and she has a huge thing for a guy that is a friend. He has told her in the past he liked her and now I dont know what to tell her. Do I tell her to go for it because you just have to live your own life or that she should work out her marriage?
I know she loves her husband but is torn b/w two guys! ADVICE PLEASE SO I CAN HELP!

Well he did, but he also went out with someone else that night. So I am going home dont know what I am going to do. Because I dont think I have ever hurt this bad in my life. I am not sure what I want to do right now. I cannot stop crying need some serious help......

and he has a terrible drinking problem and when he drinks he likes to get drunk and hit on me, so this weekend he did just that and I had him arrested. I still haven't pressed charges on him but I am thinking that I should to show him that he needs to change and that I am serious about not wanting to be with him anymore if he can't get help what should I do?

My ex and I had been together for about 13 years. We had 2 children together, now 6 & 7 yrs. old. For the past 5 yrs. he has been very abusive, verbally and physiclly. I left him almost a year ago, after the last time he was abusive. He had hit me many times in the head & face, burnt me with a cigarette 3 times and caused permanent damage to my knee and put a knife to my throat and said he was going to kill me. My children saw most of this when it was happening. I pressed charges against him, but the grand jury lowered everything to misdemeanors, even though they had the hospital records and pictures from the hospital. Now we still have to go to court over it again. I feel like I'm wasting my time. And I'm afraid he'll get his visitation with our kids back. I am not the only one who has gotten charges on him for this type of thing, he has a big record. But always gets out of everything. He is an alcoholic and I think he has a cocaine problem. Sometimes I'm to scared to sleep.

I sent an e-card to my boy f who is far away. The e-card was that i still love him after some problems, support him, and ask for his opinion on our relation ( couple or not).
After he views the e-card, it will automatically notify me. However, i haven't got the notification yet.
What is he thinking? What should i do ?

He has been smoking marijuana since i've met him and along the way he did other drugs but not anymore. Im concern about his behavior he can never keep a job because of the side effects of smoking which are laziness, sleeplessness, and afterwards is irritabilty. And i've noticed he cant seem to think things through when making decisions. I've done wrong in building up my anger and i have punched him in his shoulder and then he comes back hitting me back harder because i punched him first. I think it is a problem he denies it of course but i've seen the pattern and i think its making me unhappy. We have been together for almost 7 years and have two kids. What should i do?

I am 25, he is 28. We have known each other for about 10 years & lived together for 4 years. When we first met, I had a BF. We broke up only because he had to move away. I have tried to date others after that, but had no luck. Since then, I moved in w/ this guy I live with now. It was fun at 1st. Now, all he does is go to work, watch TV, & sleep. He only talks to me when he wants sex & he arguees everytime I mention we need to pay bills. I have lost my appitite for sex & don't spend time with any friends (we moved to a new state, so I have no new friends yet). I feel lonely & chat online with that ex-bf I mentioned before. I have no excitment in my life. I don't feel loved anymore, even tho he says he does love me. I know he is a good guy, but he is so darn lazy! Since he has gained weight (from doing nothing, including me!), I feel like he doesn't respect me. I have asked him if we could exercise together he says NO & chane subject or ignores me again! Should I leave for a new man?

She was 18 and a virgin when we met...we were married for a year. It didn't work out but to spite me she left me for my best friend in the Navy and told him lots of lies and turned him against me. The sequence of these events crushed me and took me two years to get over. I put in her name on the internet and found her doing a she-male on the internet in Miami. recent went through a very painful divorce, feel completely burnt out. i really need to regain my energy before starting to date again. i'm thinking maybe a good vacation would be nice, but i have never taken a vacation alone - is it going to feel weird going alone? anyone did something similar? any vacation ideas? other ideas?
(i dont want to visit friends as i know that the same divorce topic is going to come up.)
i'm just so tired of everything at this point... any ideas to help the recovery process?

My girlfriend of 4 years and I have decided to break things off. We bought a place together last year, but since the housing market is so hard to get into I'm not willing to sell. She's willing to have me buy her out, but I don't know how much is fair.

So far we have paid about $9000 towards the mortgage, which means if I were to buy her out she'd only be owed about $4500. This means that she is getting back less than what we both each initially put into the down payment, but because of all the fees and everything else associated with buying a house, not all of our money went towards the mortgage.

Is $4500 a fair amount to by her out, or does she deserve more since I'm keeping the place?

I told my husband I want divorce and he asked me he wants to try for the last time to work our marriage out. My husband is Irresponsible financially and mentally husband. He just have no ambition, motivation in life. We are also in a sexless marriage for 5 years. He is immature, selfish. I have been fighting with him about my problems for 5 years and things are the same. (maybe small improvement). He told me he didn't think I was serious before when we were arguing so that is why he didn't change.
