I sent an e-card to my boy f who is far away. The e-card was that i still love him after some problems, support him, and ask for his opinion on our relation ( couple or not).
After he views the e-card, it will automatically notify me. However, i haven't got the notification yet.
What is he thinking? What should i do ?

well he hasn't seen the e-card yet...
maybe he hasn't checked his email in a while, or maybe he doesn't know what do say/do
give it some time and then if nothing happens still, send him a friendly email asking if he got the e-card you sent him

Maybe he's been busy and hasn't had a chance to check his email yet. Maybe it went into his Spam folder and he deleted it without realising what it was.
There are a million maybes.
If you really want to know, call him or email him and ask him how he liked the card.

If it automatically notifies you after he's viewed it, and you haven't gotten one yet, then chances are, he hasn't viewed it yet!!!
Could be lots of reasons why he hasn't seen it yet... mainly that he hasn't checked his email in a while or is unable to?
Just breathe, and everything will work itself out!!!

If you have NOT been notified, then he most likely has not viewed it. If he stops talking to you all together,most likely he's moved on and not answering you on anything, is a way to let you go.

I wouldn't worry yet. Maybe his computer is down or maybe he hasn't logged on yet to the computer. It could be that he is away from home or maybe sleeping.
There are dozens of reasons why he may not have opened your e-card.
Just be patient and if he doesn't open it in a reasonable amount of time, send him another

He probably hasnt gotten it yet. Dont freak out. just wait until you hear from him. Or, if youve got enough guts, ask him what he thought of it.

You are not very clear with the situation you are facing with your byf or is it ex? Either way you can only wait and see if and when he replays.
