We always tired. Can't find the time. Any suggestions?

Your not having "alot" but u are obviously still having so thats something.. have you tried to talk to your wife, maybe she has her hands full with your 4 yr old daughter and its finally dawned on her what causes having children lol.. seriously though, talk to her, tell her how much you need her, dont throw it in her face , but be sweet to her about it, women love to know they are needed and wanted.. but realize she is a human and not a sex machine.. lol

You can't be too tired..... You have to make the time, you have to want it.... You have to crave great SEX.......... Get creative and relax a little.... Don't ignore what is happening, unless you just want it to get worse.... Which I know you don't.... No one ever said being a parent and husband or wife was easy, and if they did they lied. It takes work to make a successful and happy marriage and sex life included... But once you get over the hump, you will both be more happy........ Remember what makes you happy in that department and remember what makes her happy too. Then act on it. Tired or not and get back on top of things............ Best wishes to you both...... Just an example, we were staying in a hotel this weekend, our Babies were taking a bubble bath, I was tired and waiting for mine, and the hubby had other ideas,,, hmmm. I wanted to rest but I got into it and WOW!!!!!!!! So happy I did... Although at one point when they called me I flew up off the bed in a total panic but after that got right back into it....... And again, WOW!!!! Once I relaxed it was great to be together..... My point...... My babies are 8 and 6 and we too have to make it work and we do.........

This can be really frustrating, there's a few things I would try, one you probably already have when your child is asleep. Or gone to grandmas. I guess it boils down to how much you want to have sex, believe there is always a way.. How do you think people have 2 or three kids yeppppppppp they found a way..

Time management
Even you cant find time, you still have to find time regardless. You have no choice.
Married without sex is not healthy relationship.
You need to manage your time better to have quality and balanced life. 4 years old child, work load and fatigue are not the best excuse.

She may be one of those females who have a fear of getting pregnant again, and really don't want too. Get some protections, and see if she'll have a change of heart. Ask her what's the problem?
