Marriage & Divorce - 19 June 2006

I want to get married someday, but I don't want to have children. I hope to find the love of my life who has the same feelings. I was just wondering if having kids is part of getting married.

My sister was court ordered to let my nephew (her son) go visit with his father for one week. His father picked him up on June 11 and was suppose to have him back on June 18th. He called and told her that he didn't have transportation or money to bring him back. (he lives in Ga. my sis lives in NC). Last year he did the same thing, My sister sent money for him to bring my nephew back. Well this man also refuses to pay child support. Is there anything that can be done to him legally to get this child back in the state with his mother where he lives?

I have been separated for a year, and am about to be divorced in August....i have 2 sons who I love dearly, I work full time 12 hrs each day as a corrections officer, and go to school at night full time, I met this lady there, I never had the courage to go up and talk to her...she is very intelligent, and looks like a 10 to me....I finally did talk to you 2 months ago, and I have not regretted it, I want to spend my time with her but my family is always having drama....they also do not like light skinned women....and she is very light....but I want them to like her because I want to have a life with her my divorce is through, but I dont want her to feel like I am using her....my boys like her alot...and i like her daughter, we are trying to become a family, but my family is making it difficult, i love her and I love my family...what should i do....

My fiance and I have been together for a year and a half. I honestly love him with all of my heart. We have our ups and downs, more downs then ups. He smokes weed and drinks alcohol on a daily basis. I can deal with that. He also uses another substance like twice a week. He has an addiction to porn as well. The porn bothers me the most, because he watches it every time I leave the house. He has lied to me about it over and over again. In the begining I watched it with him. At times, he would watch it then turn it off and go to sleep. He has sex with me like twice a week, sometimes 3. He says he wants me to be more aggressive sexually. I can't. All I can think about is hiw he watched it all day and was bustin' to the videos. I feel degraded. I hear all these answers about see an attorney and how so many would take my case if it were a strong one, but its not that I haven't tried. I have contacted at least five attorneys not counting the ones that screwed me and they declined to help me. All of these attorneys are connected and dont want to turn on their fellow peers. I need names of someone who might listen to me and help.

I noticed that my husband doesn't want to make love to me for a long time, about once a month only, then I asked him for the reason. Then he answered that he is always very tired after work. And after a while, he said that this is his way as a kind of response or revenge to me that I always get impatient to the kids during helping with their homework. He did it intentionally to show his anger.
I felt veru humiliated as I also have a busy full time job and all the kids' stuff and the housework are done by me. He didn't help much. I believe my temper at the time of being too busy is normal. He used this way to accuse me I feel very bad. Over 9 months, I still cannot offer him any intimacy as I always remember what he said. I am thinking of leaving him.cuz I can't love him anymore.

Well they have a son together and that means she'll text or call and make requests regarding their son and her holidays and her 'off' weakends! we take him all of saterday day and night and then all day sunday aswell as wednesdays. every 3rd Friday night she wants off too! aswell as holidays,shes a teacher so theres quit a lot of them!he goes to nursery in the week and basicly spends all his off time with us. what do i do? she does steps over my fiancee and i hate it! how can i change it?

My husband and I have only been married for 4 years. I am 46, he is 44. He was married once at age 18 or so. He has one terrific son that is 23 years old. I have no children. My husband has slept on the couch ever since we were married. He has given so many excuses that I can't keep track. We have no personal relationship. His friends and his "habits" are way more important that I have ever been. I have paid the bills the last 4 years. He earns enough working out of our garage on small engine repair to keep himself in beer and cigs. I brought up how much money I had spent in the last 4 years on bills. I was very conservetive. He said it was my house, my electric and my phone bill however, he's the one home all day, when he's not out running around. He says that I did nothing that everyone else doesn't have to do, I said it is usually 2 people doing it instead of one. My husband has a near genius iq but has no stick to it ness. Help me.
