Take your time and get to know him. Be friends at first and go slow. If feelings come up that is fine but dont push and pressure him or you just might push and scare him away. Just be you and accept him where he is at. Be patient and if he is the right guy for you it will come together someday and if not then you will find some one else.
You cannot make someone love you or force them to. They should love you because they want to and it is their choice to do so.

There is a theory about this : To continuously make others attracted to you, do not ever let the person have you. Let the process of getting you be hard and challenging. It make him to feel challenged and attracted to you, interested to have serious relationship with you.

well first of all you cant make people love you if you think that you are a fool just try to be his friend and go from there and you can for get about haveing a serious realionship you just have to be come friend first then see what happen and dont push your self on him just be your self

You will most assuredly fail if you try to MAKE him love you....a waste of your time and his. Show him you like him by listening to him, sharing with him, and spending time with him. It shouldn't take him long to realize how you feel.
