My mom was trusting me very much, I don’t want to hurt her but the same time I m in luv. I don’t want to hurt him too wat to do… I m 24 wen they speak abt marriage. I use to tell them I don’t want to marry now at least for 2 years. So they keep on postponing.. now when my mom came to know she is feeling very bad n telling since I was trusting u I had agreed for ur wish like postponing ur marriage now ur telling that ur fallen in luv what to do. I m seriously in luv I cant hurt him by leaving him or I cant leave my parents too. What to do….! I feel like dieing. Please experienced people give me serious suggestions. Help !!!!!!!!

My friend is 15 and her Mum won't let her buy a bikini. She wears a 1 piece, unless she comes over to my place to swim, and she swims nude. If she had a bikini she would wear it. My brother caught her nude and she was embarrassed, but the risk of him catching her is better than wearing her 1 piece, so she thinks.

Her Mum says when she gets a job and has her own money (which will be after she finishes Uni bc her parents won't let her get a job now) then she can buy her own clothes

My hubby is in his early 40's. His mom never liked me (& I'm a good person) even when she was well because he doesn't handle conflict well & each time we'd have even the slightest disagreement, he'd run over to her house. We have had our major arguments, too but always manage to settle them because we do love each other. Now she asks him to come over constantly to do things for her & he's there usually even when he's not asked. She told him last month that if he doesn't divorce me, she's writing him out of her will (he was to originally get almost everything instead of his sister) and he didn't do it so she switched her will around and is now leaving him nothing. He & his child was living with his mother when I met him for no reason, he had a stable job and could afford to live on his own. Also, his father died when he was 15 & mom remarried but has been divorced now for 20 years. He see's nothing wrong with his behavior. Please give advice! Am I being unreaosnable or is he? Help!

My wife & I haven't had people over in a while (she's been ill). Now her health is improving and I'd like to have a small celebration to raise her spirits a bit, but we are extremely broke and in debt from the health costs and b/c she has been out of work. Any ideas?

I'm a single mom who has lived with a room mate who also has kids of her own for 4 years now. My mom trys to always interfere and tell me what to do with everything. The latest is now she wants me to move back home. She is really getting on my nerves. I am the youngest of 4 kids and the only kid living near my parents. I want to move away, but feel guilty because they are in their early 70's. Yet I'm putting my life on hold for them. I feel mom wants me to move back because she doesn't get along with my dad. Plus both my parents had their mothers move in with them when the grandfathers died. So again I feel she's trying to get me to take care of them. My sister and 2 brothers would never want to live with them and I don't either. My mom is bipolar and so am. When I was younger her and I would fight alot when I lived at home. I'm so torn on what to do. Do I stay nearby or move? I tried telling her I didn't want to move back home. She got real mad and yelled.

when i was 5 years old , i went to my mom at the kitchen and asked her for money to buy candies & sweets but she said no ,then i went to play and i found some money on the table in the living room , so i took some of it & went to The mini market across the street and bought what i wanted , when i got back home , she saw me eating the candies and she was very mad at me , she went to the kitchen and after few minutes she got back with a very hot Fork and buned my left hand skin .

Now , after all these years ( i am 26 now ) , i was watching TV and she fell asleep in the chair next to me , i looked at her and looked at the signs of the old burns on the skin of my left hand and asked myself ( how could she Burn the skin of her 5 years old child for taking a couple of dollars without her permission ? )

is it possible for a mother to hurt her child For doing a small Mistake like this one ?

I remember my sex education classes at school were laughable - and I learnt more about sex and relationships from the playground than I ever did in the classroom - I know I wasn't unique - so what would be the best way to help kids cope with the teenage years - when they're neither child or adult but a combination of both ?

For example when are we going to deal with the stigma surrounding masturbation and is it a good idea for a parent to take a child to a prostitute like I heard of one mother doing for her son on his 16th birthday - shouldn't we be dealing with all the denial by now in our stage of development of the human race in the 21st century ?

well...its been a year...since my mother died...and i have had some dreams with her...only when bad things happen...its her jus sittin and i'm staring at her crying...and thats about it...my family have been through some rough times...i think i should write a book about it...idk...maybe....but...thts all i get...then...

i dream that i'm lookin at that same spot...but she's not there...and all of a sudden this hand comes out of nowhere and hits my face...but i wake up...and from walking around the house...from my perifial*idk* vision i can see a shadow...just a dark shadow....

My brother slept in the living room where my mother did pass away in...and he said he woke up to having pressure on his chest and he coudnt breath...as if someone was suffocating him...

I hear things move time to time...and my bed is really creaky...and time to time it sounds like some one sits on it...an makes a noise sometimes.

Is this my mother being angry with us?...or something else?....PLZ HELP!

Well first off I am a single mother of a 15-year-old girl named Andrea. My sister has always helped me raise her. Now the other day Andrea asked where babies came from so I hesitated and sad, " Well... The female stork goes and puts the baby in the other female stork (Andrea can't know that there is an opposite sex of there) and a baby is born" Then I said, "And that's where you came from Andrea and then you were born and flew in on a butterfly." The day after that, her aunt (my sister) Sara told her about the instrument, the saxaphone. I pulled my sister aside and said, "Why did you tell her that she's not old enough to know about that yet. I was waiting to tell her some other day, but now she knows! She doesn't even know about the color orange yet!" Now my sister is mad at me. Did I ruin my family's lives?

Well I did what everyone said I should do, I told my g/f that I'm leaving sooner than We thought.

I talked to my sergeant today again and I asked him if I will be coming back to where I live for 2 weeks after basic training.he said no. After I get done with basic training I go to my Tech School for traning and it wouldn't be til like xmas before i see my g/f.

I talked to him some more and basically I thought that she could leave with me and go to Washington were I will be stationed. I want her to marry me, I really do. She my first thought every morning, my heart, my soul, my every breathe I take.

She doesn't want to move because her school of her choice is here. I want her to achieve her dreams, I don't want to stand in her path.

However, where I live people with master degrees aren't even getting jobs in her career choice. The town is dieing. I would like to bring her with me so she actually does have a chance at achieving her dreams.

Plz helo! IDK what 2 do!

How do you deal with a teenager that stays in the shower for 20 to 30 min. every day? We've asked nicely and eventually threatened him that we will bodily drag him out. He is stubborn and takes his time for any chore we ask him to do.

well basicaly my parents are REALLY strict on me but on my sister they let her do what ever she wants when she wants i dont even thing shes ever been grounded...and trust me she needs to be...like for instance... if shes downstairs(in the living room) studying everyone has to be quite for her and if i say something then ill get grounded...and im not allowed to have a phone or a tv in my room well she has it....and IM the older one! she also has more freedom than me she can go to any friends house she wants and have who ever she wants at our house but i dont and they usually make me sit at home on weekends or try to find a way to ground me or something HELP wat do i do....plus i have good grades and never done anything really wrong that would change anything...o by the way im 16 and shes 11

I meet my husband 9 months ago we hit it right off and got engaged not more then 4 months later I became pregnant. We decided to keep the baby with the understand we are going to move out ASAP. We live with his parents right now who smoke like crazy and his dad stays home and doesn't work and he plays his music/TV at all hours of the night loud to were I can't sleep and also does pot every once in a while. His temper isn't the best either he yells at everyone. I told my husband I need to move out by the end of march not only for my health but that of the baby. The problem is that he doesn't think we have enough money, which we do we have worked things out thousands of times and each time it works out. I have now told him that we either move out or I leave, he told me to leave cause we can't afford to move out. So should I stay with my husband at his parents house and live with the smoke and every thing or should I leave and take our child with me???

my daughter died in nov, 2006. she has two young children , the biological father was never married to my daughter, just common law i'm told.right now the kids are living with the biological aunt of the mother , who has passed away, i would to know in texas if the aunt and uncle get custody or adopt them, can they change the last name of the kids .if so can i as the grandfather request that the kids have and keep the mothers maiden name included, and if i also can request off school visitation for some of summer and maybe vacations, the biological father has, on his own , turned over the kids to the aunt and uncle, which we are in good terms with them, the father is not capable to raise and care for the kids, i would like to keep them , but my health could hender the case , i think, i just want to know that i will not have my grandkids taken away from me for good .but i am willing to go the distance if need be, please guide me to my rights in this unusaul case. thank you for your help
