This is driving me insane! I know I shouldnt get involved and it's none of my business but my friend is too dependent to stand up for herself and neogiate with her mom or make her own decisions! I find it hard to have any fun with her at her house, since it's always "My mom would kill me if I listened to that" "My mom doesn't let me do this for over half an hour" "My mom says we have to be in bed by 10:00" "My mom would get mad if we snuck downstairs." And I'm not looking for a lecture, but what should I do about this situation? P.S. We are both 13.

When i was little i thought that maybe there was a big book that God has. In that book are two names. A woman's and a man's or a woman's and a woman's or a man's and a man's. Those two names are soulmates. They complete and compliment each other. I thought that those two people are the utter most complete people. You now? They are the best marriage for each other. 2 soulmates that are destined to meet. If so...how many people really find their soulmate? Do you think this is true? There are two people destined to meet?

One of family members' daughter has just been kicked out her fathers house. She has no where to go. She wants to know stay at her mom's house but her mother is not sure. The girl who was kicked out is really no good. She has a boyfriend who does drugs and he drinks. Plus she uses drugs and smokes too. On top of all of that she has no job. Her mother knows that if she stays with her, shes going to want her boyfriend to come over so they can get high and use all the drugs they want, and who knows what else

The girls mother has a teenage daughter living with her. She doesn't want that crap around her daughter.

What do you think she should do? Let her move in even though she knows what is going to happen. Or let go find some where else to live?

For example, my neighbor's grandma refuses to help out her son who was recently laid off and no longer receives unemployment. He was forced to tap into his 401(k) plan to pay the bills. She is not too generous at all when it comes to helping her grandchildren pay their college tuitions. She is also very stingy when it comes to birthdays and holidays. When the topic of money is brought up, she gets very defensive and upset and refuses to speak about the topic because she feels everyone is after her money. What can be done and/or said?

So my grandparents bought my sister and I a house while we were in college.. after we both graduated the house was sold and my sister and I split the PROFIT made, which gave us each about 20,000.. with my share I bought a new car.. well.. a used new car.. i bought it in 2005 and its a 2003.. anyways.. my aunt wants my car for my 16 year old cousin.. Im getting my master's in april and my grandparents are getting me a new (used)car as a graduation gift (im lucky, i know) :) but i think my grandpa wants me to just give my car to my aunt for free.. what do you all think about this?

If you want to know, my car is a 03 Impala LS and I just did the KBB values for it and the private party value is 10,280 and the trade in value if 8, 550.

to 3 years w/ 1 being suspended in a correctional facility for criminal wrecklessness. This is his 2nd felony. The first was a DUI. This time, when his now ex-wife told him that she was going to divorce him (she was having an affair with his best friend) he got angry, upset a few things but started to calm down. Meanwhile, she took herself and the kids to another room. My nephew evidentally fired a 22 rifle in the opposite direction while trying to clean it. She called the cops and he got arrested. At the trial, the prosecutor brought up his juvenile record and his attorney didn't fight for him very hard. Who is ok with his sentencing?

when i was walking out to my car i saw my bf just sitting in his car.i went over to see what was wrong.he had a very intense look on his face and was on his cell.as soon as i opened my mouth to say hi he shot me a angry look and waved his hands at me to keep quiet.after a few mins of him listening + saying ok,yep,no in a very monotone voice to the person on the phone he hung up.without saying a word to me he left his car and walked to his appt.i kep asking who was that and he just ignored me.when we got to his door he would not let me in and got very angry with me and said leave me alone i don't want to talk about it.later i called him + he seemed calmed down but was vague about what happened.it seems "sue" told him to come get his stuff(keys, clothes)that she still had but not to come when she was home, she would leave his stuff in a bag on the steps.why did my bf react to me in a argry way?why after 10 mons does she still have his stuff?as far as i know he never told her he was datting me,maybe she found out and got pissed thinking they would get back together.i worry about this becuase my bf left his last wife for this old gf maybe shes at her old tricks again.what do you guys think?

I am currently at university, when I leave, it is near certain I will not have a place to go back to and will be homeless untill I can get a job which may take a bit of time before I have enough to rent.

My parents are due to split, and the future is uncertain for them, but I know my mum will not be able to afford the house as she is both ill and incapacitated with a broken leg at the moment, she will have to move.

I however am clearly not able to live with any of them after what has happened, but am unsure what I can do, I do not want to be on the streets after University.

I need to apply now but fear they will delay me as I am not in immediate need right now, but at the same time fear delays at the crunch period after Uni.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, what could I do?

My mother-in-law is martha stewart II, and is very aware of manners and keeps an immaculate house. However when we attend events with my brother-in-law and my sister-in-law these two act like monkeys just let out of the zoo, and she seems completely oblivious to it. They whine and fuss and scream and chew with their mouths open and make rude comments and antagonize my husband and are otherwise just annoying and, quite frankly repulsive. Mind you they are 22 and 24 respectively. How do I handle this? I have ignored it for a long time, but now it is beginning to rub off on my daughter, which I do not appreciate. They also tried to rush my husband's birthday celebration along so as to go out with friends and get drunk, as if their brother is nowhere near as important as their drinking habits. How do I address this?

I have made a bad choice and realize it and am dealing with the consequences. My parents have disowned me and they are helping my ex get custody of my kids. The choice I made wasn't that bad. I learned from it and expect to move forth with life but I can't find an inner peace of why they won't talk to me Please help.

He is three years older than me. He gets annoyed quickly and he acts like he is perfect and he always acts superior. Whenever I talk about something in front of him with someone else, he always wants to know what's happening, and then usually makes fun of me for it. He also makes fun of me for being overweight.

My sister was drinking after the funeral of my step father. My step-dad & I didn't always get along especially when I was a kid. He didn't like me because I told on him when he tried to molest us both when I was 5 she was 6. When she told me he was still doing it to her I told again. This went on for years, but she always got to do anything she wanted and they got along just fine. I was always grounded for some reason or another. I was the babysitter to my two younger half brothers (his kids). My sister let her two younger daughters spend the night at my parents house, which I couldn't understand. My mom knew how I felt about not wanting to be there at the funeral and understood. My sister didn't like the fact I didn't go and was yelling at me, and I removed myself from the situation and sat in the office, but she had to continue by finding me. She hit me upside my head with a full swing and I jumped up and punched her face 6 times. Her husband saw it all and pulled me away.

My husband and I have been married for about 6 months now. We got married when I was 17 and he was 18. We were engaged for a long time. My mom kicked me out of the house because I was going to move out of state and my mom is crazy/medically ill, and my dad took me in. My boyfriend got kicked out of his house too because he was never home and was with me, taking care of me really. I had just been declared dead by my own mother. My Father let my boyfriend move in with us so he had a place to live. My dad took my mom to court to stop payments on my child support since I was no longer living with her. My mom told the court that my dad was letting an 18 year old man rape his daughter. So to keep him out of jail we got married before the next court date only a few months earler then planned. I hate that we had to get married that way. It was a wonderful wedding and we both are happy but does it make it right? My mom and I are on good terms now but its a bit weird since I moved.

The magazine had this beautiful girls and it was sealed (plastic all over)
the name of magazine was FHM .
I have tell mim before that if he has ANY questions about ANY topic he must trust me or his dad, instead of "friends".
He asked me if I could buy it 4 him; I told him that I had to ask his dad 2. My husband did not answer me he just laugh(nicely).
Should we buy it and let him see it (I know that he had click on links on computer and has seen some girls). He will be 13 soon
please help me decide.
Don't you think it is nice that he trust us?

I am the middle child of a older sister and a younger brother and my mother treats me like she hates me. I am happily married with two children. I have been out of my parents house for over 10 years and it seems like the happier I am the more she hates me. My sister who is 3 years older than me is extremely dependent on my parents. She attempted to move out about 5 times and always ends up back home with her two kids. My brother also moved out and ended up back home with my parents. I have two kids of my own and I would never treat them the way my mother treats me. Everytime I try to talk to my mom she either gets mad at me and stops talking to me or completely ignores me. What should I do? Could it be that she really hates me? Or is she just really mad because I have not had to move back home like my siblings?

I'm going through a period in my life where I want to be a family man but am not sure if that is what life has in store for me. I want children before I die but I'm afraid of being a deadbeat father. I'm a very restless individual, a normal desk job will not be enough, and money and status do not mean much to me. I want a career where I can be creative and push myself emotionally but that is not the best for raising a family.
