She looked awful before the operation after the op she looked fab - but you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink . If you know wot i mean. She knows what she needs to do but she prefers to walk around like that.
She has definitely been beaten with the ugly stick

It does seem £30 000 was a damn waste of good money.. but i can't help wonder that MAYBE just MAYBE if she changed her voice... she might come across a little "less" ugly ?? no? i dunno.. just a thought!
