Husband and I relocated back to his home state, and live in the same city as his two grown daughters. Our birthdays are four days apart, and I doubt that mine will be acknowledged on any level. Even though I've been the one to make sure everyone has gotten gifts on all occasions, I'm pretty much blown off every year. One daughter said she wanted to take my husband to dinner, but did not ask if I had any plans for him nor included me in the invitation. We tolerate each other for his sake, but I have a far better relationship with her sister. Even with our mutual tolerance, I thought she should have at least asked if I had any plans for my husband. Am I wrong to be annoyed? I'm a little irked with my husband that he didn't at least check with me too, but he's a typical guy with iffy judgment when it comes to social situations so I've cut him a little slack...

I can't possibly speculate the thought of speaking to her like someone who i really trust. I know it takes time in order to build trust, but in the past as a little kid for example, she treated me with insults, disrespect, and when she promised something she broked the promise(s). I don't expect perfection. In my mind i estimate that im still healing from this issue, but i know myself and most likely it will take a very long while.Though i admit it that she is a very strong willed women and has the capacity of behaving nicely. I'm not trying to place her in the position of the corrupt person. Please, if ya'll have any input i'll greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My cousin and I grew up together and we used to be very close. Last year, she told me she wanted to move here to Gerogia to go to school. I told her she could stay with me for a few months which turned into a year. Her moving in with me was the worst thing I could have ever done! When she moved in, I saw the negative side of her and it pissed me off. She is used to men taking care of her and it showed in the way she acted towards me. We fell out over things because she was always paying her part of the rent late (it was only $200 a month)and I feel she became very jealous of me, my accomplishments and independence. I work for the things I have but she isn't used to doing that. We became distant because I seen her for who she really was. She has moved out and I barely hear from her now. I really want to restart our realtionship because she is family, we have kids that are the same age and I do love her dispite our differences. How shoud I go about trying to start over?

My step-daughter lives with her grandmother and mother. My husband has visitation but not standardized. We have a court date for a standardized visitation hearing, but it is not until April. I have been the one to work with the child's mother and grandmother on visitation since last April because of a big fight over custody that got ugly. Both the mother and grandmother make it very difficult for us to see the child and refuse to let her come over for more than a few hours. Everytime we try to see her they come up with an excuse. I think they are jealous of my family. I told my husband I was tired of begging to see a child that's not mind and having to pretend to like two people who repluse me. I told the mother and grandmother I was sick of asking to see her and that when they get ready to let her come over to call. I am just so sick of dealing with them and hearing them try to make my husband look bad. I have my own life and kids to deal with. Should I give up?

Sometimes I feel far away form the family and that caroline is taking my mom away. I just wish that things were like they used to be with just my mom, my sis, and me. wht do i do?????

dude if u saw her u would shiet urself and puke at the same freaking time. this chick is horrible. she also is not sociable, dun know how to eat right and yes ladies and gentlemen she is fat and literaly( i am not being an as,s,hole this is true) deformed. her fore arms are nasty as_s shiet. jeeeeses! christ! u would not believe it. however my bro loves this little biach, and it appears as if their relationship is getting serious. and dont get me wrong, my brother is an athletic and good looking guy, and there is gorgeous chicks that would love to be with him, however the reason he chose this dinosaur remains a mistery to me. i am not an a,ss hole but serioulsy the prospect of having my nephews and nieces to be deforemed and probably retarded, and my brother suffering and sheding tears like crazy just sickens me to my stomach, so i ask if anyone could assist me in getting rid of this plague, this subhuman trex looking like character and help my family to get out this nightmare.

my mom's company is holding a christmas dinner next week, and she really wants me to go with her because no one else is available. on the same night, i am scheduled for a quiz from my class with my final exam the following week so i think the teacher will go over exam materials the night of my mom's dinner. plus i have a paper to turn in

i've already told her that i have a class and i could skip it to attend dinner with her. I've already skipped the class a few times, so i really don't want to skip anymore seeing that the exam is coming up.

should i stick to my duties?

A woman is a house wife, she cooks she cleans and she takes care of her children. Don't get me wrong I appreciate this very much and tell her that I appreciate her. However this is never enough, it seems she wants me to get down on my knees and admit that she is god almighty. What is wrong with people like this??

My son is 22 years old and lives in next door, I work all day, when I come home from work he is laying on my couch, he is currently laid off from work. When I leave for work it dosn't matter if I lock the door or not, he breaks in and uses my shower(he won't buy gas and does not have any hot water) and rents movies all day. I have asked him not to do this but he tells me I'm an asshole and leaves. Last weekend he had a party and they were playing the drums until late (after midnight) - I had watched his girlfriends daughter all day and she was not feeling well, I went over and knocked on the door and asked him to turn the music down and also said that he had a little girl upstairs who had been sick all day and told him he needed to grow up, he told me to lick his balls and that I was nothing but a ***** and all his friends laughed, I'm at my wits end with him. I'm looking for a new place to rent. I have always been good to my son and I don't know why he is treating me this way.

My son embarrasses me how they acts. He thinks he knows everything, his mouth ever stops on everyone but his "lovely wife".
He criticizes everyone, he always hurts his father and my feelings. When we tell him how he has hurt us he strikes back like a snake really coming down on us like we did something . We avoid him all we can, we discuss no personal or family matters with him. He acts like we are stupid. He is sooo fakely when he tells us how much he cares for us. His wife comes to our home whispers to him about us and treats us badly in our own home. We have a very very nice home. I work so my home does have things out of place but I am a very clean house keeper. I think they are jealous they would lilke to have our home. His mouth is a real problem. His siblings also can't stand it. He is always name dropping all of his friends, sure yeh.. He let his wife call me and curse me out saying lies about Dad & I . We did not speak for 3 mos.,they never apologized. PLEASE HELP ME!
