I was just wondering cuz all my friends have thiers and I dont and my dad died from bipolar.

I have bipolar
Its very sad that he died. Its not your fault. Always be sure of that. Its really hard to have Bipolar. Sometimes people get very sad from it and they don't want to live anymore. I have felt like that sometimes but not anymore. I strongly think there are things people with Bipolar can do to greatly increase their odds of coping and living a mostly good normal life.
