I am 12 yo girl, and my brother is 8. We are sharing a bedroom. It is not a problem now but may become in the future. My parents do not have enough money to move to a bigger house. What should we do?

I am all about privacy, and I see you are too. What I would suggest is that if you have any bookshelfs' or extra curtains, you can place them in your room to separate each others sides of the room. If that doesn't work, ask your parents if you can move into the basement or any other spare rooms on your house. Good luck!

I use to be in the same situation as you. For me and my brother we just kind of bonded more because we lived in such close quarters. Now that we've had our own rooms for quite some time we don't even ask each other how the weather is. Enjoy the times that you have with him because it can all change as soon as you get your own space.

Set some rules so if your brother annoys you, you can threaten to do something to him since he is younger than you
