my x husband is taken me to court for custody of our son. my son has been with me since he was born 6 years ago. it is only here recently that my x has been interested in our son. i think its crappy that after all the hard stuff is over the diapers the 2 am feedings, he nows wants him.

so my bf works about 45min from where he lives, but his family lives there. he told me his sis had a school thing. Come to find out she did, but it was in a different town. closer to where i live. he didn't invite me to go. but he took clothes to clean up at his moms when he had to drive passed his house to go the her school thing. so do u think he went or just told me he did. i don't know. what do u think?

Okay here is the deal my sister is in "love" with my best friend's brother, who is totally playing her like a fool. I did my best to coach her in "playing it smart" but she is taking his bait. The worst thing is he is so obvious in playing her, that the teachers at school know his game!!

ryt now this is long..
basicly i n 4 other mates went to this girls house for a night, to get pissed, her mum booked us a table at a.s.k n then we were gona get the booze, we got the booze (24 fosters, 8 bcarde breezers) n drank them at her house because there were cops out in the town, it was very fun but we made a lot of mess but maddie cleared this up cause she was cybre n her mum came back we went 2 her room n stayed there. then i got a call from an x-boy friend n said he wantes 2 meet us n get off wiv us, but we couldn`t go out cause her mum was back so he climbed through the bathroom window n came in her room, we hid him n his m8s in her cupboard 4 wen she canme up, her mum found out n got very angry, she is now going to call my parents who will be so so angry n i will never be allowed out again, how do i make it easer 4 me.
im only 13 n i need some advise n don`t post anything thts not gona help cause im not in a goo mood!

My family has done and said some unforgivable and unforgettable things to me and about me ever since I was a child. I have tried my entire life to not listen and believe this stuff but they now have included my kids and they certainly haven't done anything to anyone. It was bad enough when they do it to me and I tried to forgive them and still be a loyal family member but my kids simply because they are My kids? The insults, criticisms, putdowns and I guess the last straw is when they turned me and my children away and told us to stay in a shelter after we lost my husband-their father and our home due to unexpected, sudden funeral expenses and loss of income. They call themselves baptized in church but act like this. Sometimes I think I am crazy and wrong for thinking why are they doing this? I don't drink, smoke, do drugs and I was married to my husband for 26 years. I am 48 years old and have worked 25 of those years. I ask God why do they do this? Strangers are nicer and kinder!

My grandma and my husband have been sleeping together for years. They try to hide it but I know that they do because I have caught them on more than one occasion. Whenever I catch them I just close the door really quiet so as to not disturb what they are doing. Now its getting to the point where I dont want to share my husband with my grandma anymore. She leaves all kinds of stains in the bed and I'm afraid that she might wind of pregnant. What shall I do. Should I allow them to continue to sleep together or should I just mind my own business?

funniest my sister was about 3 mum was babysitting for friends little boy same age very quiet in bedroom i went in to see what they were up to he was naked apart from socks she was colouring in his thing with a green felt pen!! scariest xmas eve mum had old fashioned wardrobe i got stool to see if there was presents on top pulled wardrobe over thank god door was open ended inside wardrobe on floor was so heavy couldnt get it off screamed my lungs out till my dad came and rescued me.

What I saw when I went to my freind's house un announced shocked me. I saw the husband hit my friend several times in the eye; I saw emotional abuse; I saw meth on the table.

I know he has been abused for awhile - or at least what it looks like. My question is do I have to have him go with me to give a statement, backing up what he's going through, or can I single-handedly report him for abuse?

help and she is shooting up cocaine. She is 24, I have a 15 year old and a 5 year old that I don't feel right about letting my niece and her husband around. I love her with all my heart, but she won't get help. She gave her 2 kids to her mom 5 months ago. Since she won't get help, and has admitted to continue using, I won't let her over here. My sister (her mom) continues to try and help her and she can't see that all is happening is she is getting used for money and rides etc. My nephew (her brother) called today for the first time in months. I told him what happend and his response was "If she doesn't use around your kids, or in your home I don't see what the problem is." Has my family gone crazy? Is it okay to let someone with a $1200.00 a month drug habit in your home if they aren't high at that minute? I feel like I don't know these people anymore.

everydays and every nights,i waiting for a moment tht make me happy,that give my life hope..i lost my parents both in an accident when i was 12,now im 21 and i feel im 40.i never had even a friend.i lived with my grand father since tht time and yesterday he died and now i have no one in the world.every nights i just think.thinking about future till morning.the only thing tht give me little peace exept my work,is music im a composer and can play guitar.and those sad songs i play make me feel better.life is aweful,and a big battle and im a loser.trust me,humen are so weak when they are alone.

ok now i know why people want to kill themself on the holidays,
thanksgiving is my husbands birthday and his mothers birthday.
She is having the PARTY oh goody , always the same thing she has to have the party or crys and maks everyone feel bad than she complains about havng it,we ask if we can bring our favorite dishes she says no i don't like it. she insults me everytime i talk to anyone .. my daughter is comming from 2000 miles away to be there or i would stay home sick , I hate thanksgiving i would rather be home with people i love than be in the crazy house , what can do ? i think i'm going to flip out

Question for you all...how many of you have relatives who always turn the holidays into a pain in the a$$ for one reason or another? It never fails...usually it's my sister who has to ruin everything for everyone...it's always her way or no way and when it's not her way...she ruins things..usually by not showing up and ALWAYS by making sure she's dragged everyone into the scene too...thus making sure she's left no happy stone unturned...*sigh*...who's your pain in the butt?

please this is a very serious issue, my father was sentenced today for 15years in prison for the murder of my mother, but i dont think he done it (loads of reasons) but my mothers family believe the police even though i have proved they have lied (a lot), anyway point being they turned up to court today but none of them phoned me or anything to see if i was going or that i was ok, but when i turn up alone they all start acting like they care...this has gone on for years and i have always put up with it for they are my family. i need to know if it is time to call it a day, for how much more hurt do i stand for in the name of family.

i'm going to see my aunt kathy over thanksgiving in alabama and i was wondering what would happen if my dad was there? if you have read my other question you should know the story..i wouldnt want him to ask me a MILLION questions because he could've called me and asked me HISELF!! he can say hi to me BUT i dont want to get in a conversation with him just yet.. i'm not ready to talk to him like a dad or a friend...or do i need to talk to him even if i dont want to ?? i would like coments from both guys AND girls

I have a 19 yr old son that just moved into his own apt. He makes enough to cover his rent and expenses, if he would just stop spending the money elsewhere....
His aunt and I set him up in the apt.(with his knowledge) because he just doesn't want to listen to rules at my home or hers.. (He has lived both places) All he wants to do is party..
I offered to hang on to the money that he needed each week for his rent, so that he would get used to doing without it... But all he kept doing was saying " I need $10 for this or I need $20 for that".. I finally had enough and gave him back ALL of his money and told him to handle it himself,,,only after he called me all kinds of names and said that it was his money..
I have problems of my own and I feel that I have done everything I can for him, but how do I not let it get to me...
He works a full time job. Its not like I threw him out on the streets or anything. I am determined to make him do it on his own, but how do I not feel guilty??

I dont talk to my parents very much but the other day i called them to see what there plans are for thanksgiving. My dad called me back and he said that he is unemployed and he needs to borow money. Well i know that he is reitred and i know that ive called a couple of times to tell them im unemployed but never to borrow money i only call to ask for advice. okay so maybe I didn't provide enough details..

so my sister is being very mean and I get the vibe that she totally hates me and doesn't want to have anything to do with me.

She is saying I haven't been a brother to her and she is really being heartless . keep in mind I am in my 30's she is 16. I didn't live in the same city as her when she was growing up. we had developed what I thought was a good relatinship over the past 3 years, she was in my wedding, I invite her out to do stuff.... but all of a sudden she lashes out at me. has this happend to anyone else?

i am not a scam artist i truly am in need of some help these people wont listen to me and the children father and his family went to court and to doctors and dhs ladies and every one told all kinda lies about me and the children and i truly am sorry if you all feel like i dont deserve my children when you all for one dont knoe me or anything about me i know some where out there they have to be weman who are in the same situation and have been in need of some help is there any one out there who can help who knows any one who can i have been truly working on this and well if you all wont send money to me how then could any one send it to me in the name of the law office i am disabled can't hold public job over my nerves because of all this the state does need to pay for therldren are where they are oe mistakes that they make and any one willing to really take and help people in this world tell me where because i am outta of faith and running outta hope here.
