He's 7 years old.. and he doesn't know how to open a soda can, he can't take the crust off his own sandwich, find his own missing things, clean up his own messes, make his own simple peanut butter sandwich, clean his own glasses, and he gets up at random times after his bedtime just to babble to us about nothing important. He makes US all do it FOR him. And when we tell him to do it himself, he whines, and eventually our dad gives in and complains about it to us. I'm 13 and was NEVER like that and knew how to do ALL that.

I have a three year old daughter who is extremely active and usually very independent. Developmentally she is a year ahead and extremely intelligent. The problem is that I am pregnant again and I didn't think it was going to be a problem but when I'm watching my brothers little girl who's 4 months mine started acting differently. She loves her little cousin and trys to help as much as she can but doesn't seem to like the attention we have to give a little baby. We were so close to having her potty trained and now she doesn't seem to care. She'll cry and throw fits trying to get attention. I'm very worried that it will get worse when the new baby is here and I'm having to spend so much time caring for it.

Okay sorry about putting this here but i need opinions

Im a guy.

Over the summer i found out that one of my friends (girl) likes the way i look

I get back to school and she is more on me than before. I really didnt think to much of it. Then three of us are hanging out. She starts resting her arm on my knee for some reason. Then a little later i touch her shoulder and she flat out hugs me.

I brushed it off because she always was grabbing my shoulders before and hugs or wrestles with a few other guys. And shes always joke hitting everyone.

Then a week later she stops doing it as much. Now she barely does it at all. But every lunch weve got together she makes sure to sit near me. Shes always looking for me.

So whats really going on. Are these signals

What would you do if you were holding two people one on each arm dangling from a cliff, one of them is your nephew and the other one is your son who just tried to kill you just moments ago, who would you save if you can only save one and why? Discuss the options of if you keep your son will he try to murder you again or will you take that chance and save him just cause he's your son or will you save your nephew who didnt do anything to you and let your son plummet to the jagged rocks below since he tried to kill you and your worried he might try again once you pull him up to the surface of the cliff. Discuss.

I was sitting down and watching 7th Heaven with my mom, and Lucy has a miscarriage. My mom was like, "Oh that's so sad" and whatever, but then I was joking with her, "Oh, mom, you don't even know" and she's like, "yes i do" and i'm like, "How?" and she's like, "i had a miscarriage before tanner was born" (tanner is my only other sibling, and he's older). I was shocked, and I thought she was joking so i'm like, "what... no you didn't!" and she's like, "emily, i wouldn't joke about something like this" so then i kept repeating myself. I then locked myself up in the bathroom and started to cry. Am i wrong? All these emotions are running through my head. I mean, I NEVER knew about this, and like.. ugh... Think about how you would feel about this- during 7th HEAVEN. I'm so confused...

I have 2 sons of my own. My step-son is 7 years old. His real mother also has two younger children, one she adopted out already. She had kept my step-son from contact with his dad for the past two years until she decided we could 'have' him for the next 2 yrs! Out of the blue.
Since we have had him for 3 months now, she has only called about 3 times, the last time she called was to talk to my fiance to ask him to borrow money, we told her no and she hasnt called back since! We would like to get full custody and let her have visitation rights if she chooses. Is that possible and how would we go about it? We live in CA and she is somwhere in MI. No one has really heard from her since about a month ago. My step-son has told his family member on her side that he 'hates' his mother more than once, what can we say to him to let him know that he shouldnt feel that way, also?
Thanks for any suggestions. And for reading this.

He has already been in a group home for his behaviour. My mother is constantly trying to make changes with certain issues but he refuses to take responsibility for outrageous and hurtful behaviour. He is violent towards my little sister and step-father. I just recently had an altercation with him several days ago with my two year-old daughter in the room. His anger is uncontrollable. My mom is at her wits end and is asking for help from CAS, not to "get rid" of him, but obviously the home setting is not benifitting him or my family that has to put up with this EVERY DAY! They just want my mom to "tough" it out. That his behaviour is all normal teenage things.....I was a teenager not too long ago and I don't recall this kind of horrid, vindictive horse's a** bull crap attitude? What to do?

My mom wont let me go trick or treating with my friends. I kind of accepted it in the past but now that i am 13 and in 8th grade i want to go with my friends unchaperoned. When i was in 11 in 6th grade my mom wouldnt let me go with my friends (they were allowed to). So i ended up bringing my little brother and mom along.

What can i do to convince her to let me go with my friends? She says she and my brother have to come with me and my friends

its really embarrassing

My husband's sister has always felt threatened by me, I'm quite sure it's jealousy. I used to have a great relationship with her daughter until she got jealous of that too and refused to allow us to see her daugter for a year! Our niece!!! His sister was the only girl with two brothers. I don't feel as if she has ever wanted me in the family. I've been married to my hubby for 23 years! She once told me that if it weren't for me she would be able to have the relationship she wants with him... not true! he doesn't agree with most of her morals and life ways. Last year she & her family blew off my birthday completely, as if after 23 years they just forgot? Not that I need gifts or cards from them, but we only live 20 min. from them. My husband was so angry he ignored HER birthday... but this year it's embarrassing... I just want to pretend I'm not home if they call. I don't EVEN want to hear from them because I know it will be forced. Why are women such biatches sometimes?

Ok, I've already asked this question, only in a more indirect way, so here it goes again. My cousins bf is an ******. I can't stand him, and want to humiliate him. I've decided that I'm going to pie him, since that would humiliate, but not injure him. I've got the pie all ready for him, but I'm just not sure where to do it. Is it more humiliating for someone to be pied in a public place, or just in front of a few friends? Can I get in legal trouble if I do it in public?

If you asked your children the same question, what would they say?Would there be a discrepancy between your answer and theirs? If so, why? What one thing could you do this week to help you and your children see more eye to eye?

If you already have regular family meetings, what works--and doesn't work-- about it? If you haven't yet tried a family meeting , why start one this week?( If your kids are older, expect the initial groans, but put your plan into action anyway.)

Think about each of your children and which birth order they are. What "ahas" come to mind?

My partner has a great career, a wonderful home and a happy relationship with a considerate guy who has made him really happy over the years. However of late he has stated that he wants to integrate more with society and talks about being 'normal' and wanting to date women. His mother and I have said that he should accept what he is and should not turn his back on his great relationship, but he does not seem to want to listen to us. What do you think we should do?
