Family - September 2006

My mom and I live in the same house and my sister went to flordia for no reason and left her 2 kids ( a 2yr old and a 1 month old) with my mom and me. My mom is being bitchy and yelling at me saying I need to help ( which I'm doing). She says I get nasty cuz I have a lot of issues right now such as boyfriend probs, homework, school and taking care of the kids. She is not being understanding and is yelling at me and threantining to smack me. She scares me and I have tears in my eyes as I write this. What do I do. She doesnt believe I dont have homework to do since I'm in 10th grade. I did but the teachers gave us time to do it which I did. My mom says I'm in big trouble if I get anything less then a C. Shes never been this way and grounded me for like 20 weeks. I don't know what to do.

My daughter who is a senior in high school is driving to school this year. And my son who is a freshman is riding with her. Everyday when they come home, they are fighting. She says he walks too slow, so she guns it to get out of the parking stall to go get him and then she yells at him for taking too much time. He is usually just walking and talking to his girlfriend. If her boyfriend went to school with her she would do the same thing. I just can't stand to see them bickering everyday. I think they need to ride the bus and settle this whole thing. I'm looking for suggestions on how to handle this. Teenagers can be so difficult. Thanks.

When I graduate in the Spring I'll be living in Italy for a year. I told my mom about this at the beginning of last summer but yet she has not accepted it. She actually gets angry at the subject, but I guess I can't blame her considering I'm her only child for one thing and that I'm young and female. I've done everything I can to help her understand that I know what I'm doing and I've looked up the crime rates for her to tell her that they are much lower than other parts of the world. However, she still doesn't want to talk about it. What can I do for her? Thanks for the answers!

I have a daughter who just turned 2 the end of july. She has been on and off of this potty training thing since she was 18 months old. she was going really well and then she took a complete turn around! And now we are having to start from scratch, and it seems more difficult this time. My son, however,who will be 4 in December, was potty trained by 2 1/2. And I thought that it was wierd since i have been told that boys are harder to potty train. Please Help!! She went into the bathroom this morning all by herself..took her diaper off, threw it away and went and got on the big potty and poopied in it! so i took the diapers away and now she is only wearing panties, PLEASE HELP! This is a weird situation, but my wife has not had a father-daughter relationship with her father since she was 4.

Her parents divorced and the father moved away and never visited my wife.

He called her on her birthdays and that's about it.

She hasn't spoken to him in 3 years and we got married 2 years ago.

My wife didn't send him an invite to our wedding or even bother to let him know. She just told her aunt and assumes she told her father.

My wife only talks to her aunt (her father's sister), she doesn't speak to anyone else in her father's family.

We are hoping to have a baby soon, should we tell him?

Should we send him a card when the baby is born? Or should we just send her aunt a card?

He isn't a bad person and my wife doesn't have any grudges against him, she just thinks he wasn't the father type.

What should we do?

I don't even know who you are!!! lol!!!! Ok...I gotta spill about this....well I was at the mall with my doofus brother picking out toothpaste from The Wet Seal when I saw this old man walk by. He looked exactly like our grandma from behind because my Grandma has really short hair and athletic muscles. So, I said " Hey, Johnkilomonohexagon (my brother's name) there's Ol' weak Grandma. How 'bout you give her a hug!!!!" He said"Okay" AND SPRINTED TO THIS OLD MAN!!!! He said "Gram-grams its ur Johnnie!!!" The old man hit him with his cane and said U SOB GET OFFA ME!!!! My brother was withering in pain and I was cracking up that he actually believed me! Then the old man yelled "THIS SOB TRIED TO STEAL MY WALLET!!!GET HIM" So like everyone in the mall punched him and hit him with bags and denchers. Then the old man hit Johnkilmonohexagon in the place that hurts. THAT WAS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!! Is this FRICKIN HILARIOUS OR WHAT??

so heres the deal other then school stress, my dad thinks my step mom is having an affair with this 17 year old who works for them and the kid and my step mom swear that there not...however the kid is over all the time and both my parents are driving my crazy i have never cried so much in my life nor will i ever ....what do i do and aside from that i not getting along with my real mom at all......im also starting to hate everyone and im not really ever eating my dad was even hospitalized b/c my step mom said he was crazy ...this kid is always at are house(my dads not allowed to stay at the house anymore)the kid is always calling and i dont want to think its true.....my dad is constantly crying and so am i ...i really really dislike this kid what to i do ..can anybody help me understand what is going on...even if you would email me at alli.lovesmusic@yahoo.com just please tlk to me someone i really need help..........this isnt one of the stupid ?'s ..this has to deal w/ peoples life

after giving birth to 2 girls(2 and 5) i am expecting my 3rd child...sadly a 3rd daughter. i was craving for a little guy.....though my hubby dosent seem to be unhappy but i surely am. My brothers wife is cheating on him with his boss. They are swingers (extramarital sex with others) and that is how his boss and his wife met. This is a major promotion with much more money than what I'm being paid now. I’m a single parent who has dedicated everything to his two small kids – ages 5 and 7. I live on a nice quiet cul-de-sac where our child all play nicely... so I thought, we have now found out that the 8 year old boy across the road has been sexually abusing a couple of younger boys. We have phoned the police and social services but they say there is nothing they can do until he is 10, he is still roaming the street and we are all having to keep our children in now... does anyone know if there is anything (legal) we can do?
