To push ,shove, hit or punch will get you in trouble. It's called assault. Ask your councilor or teacher, first If he is a bully the staff my be aware and if he is a screw-up he just may get himself expelled or arrested. Be cool!

Personally, I would have kicked any ones behind for messing with me back in the day. But coming back on him with a good verbal assult would be more effective. (and then you don't get in trouble) I always told my son to laugh and say, "wow, you are really funny when you're stupid"

What if he gets someone to beat you up in return? Violence won't necessarily solve the problem, it certainly isn't the best choice.

How about simply staring at him strangely but saying nothing?
Or looking sadly at him then maybe saying "It must hurt to be you!" Or looking at him then laughing out loud (even if you must fake the laughing at first)? Or you could simply say "How pathetic of you!"

Or you could really hit him hard (verbally) and say "I don't like it when you pick on me but you know what? I forgive you!"

i totally agree with sophia, hitting him will only get you in trouble and no one wants that to happen. back in the day we could take care of our own problems by knocking the crap out of them now you go to jail and get fined big and community service and anger management classes and all that crap. so laughing at him and poking fun back at him could even make you a new friend and if it doesnt then so what.

if you do you might want to make sure that you are able to kick his *** because it might backfire and you would be the one who gets his *** kicked.but if you are sure you can take him then i say KICK HIS ***. well that's what i did
