First of all I saw some posts of people saying why get a prenup if you plan on getting divorce! Well, 1 out of 3 marriages ends up in divorce and is hard to tell what could happen 20 or 30 years from now!! In my case we plan to open future businesses and we want to keep our our purchases, investments assets and incomes separate in the future. However, in case of divorce we'd like to know that we each get to keep what we worked for so many years. We are a young couple we are and not coming in the marriage with any assets, again, we want to protect our future incomes and assests in the future. Is this possible with a prenup?

This is really embarrassing, as my whole life, I have always been the "good girl." I never did anything wrong at all in high school or even college. I married a man my parents adored, went to grad school, and had a baby. I looked great on paper, but I was very depressed as I was very isolated, taking care of our daughter 5 days per week and traveling 2 hours (1 way) to school 2 days per week (which was not at all conducive for forming friendships). The only person who ever saw me as more than a role (ie, wife, mother) was my husband's best friend, who had feelings for me. Both my husband and I knew this, so we all just kept reallyreally good boundaries. Things worked great. then one day, my husband asked if I wanted to have sex with his best friend. I did, because I no longer felt connected to him, but i didn't want an affair, so I said no. but he kept asking me (and his friend I found out later), and one night when we were a little drunk, my husband told him to, and so we did.

He rented the lower part of his home to a couple for $1,000 a month. My two school age daughters occupy this space now. W e have separate accounts. I make $18,000 a year and receive $1,000 total a month for both daughters in child support. Basically living below poverty level. No assets from the previous marriage. My new husband makes about $70,000 a year and owns the home we live in. His household expenses are $2,000.

I feel funny paying rent. He says I was paying $1,200 before we got married and I moved in. He feels he is missing income from not renting part of his house. I just moved in, we just got married. I pay for all of my daughter's expenses and expected to pay some of the household expenses. I make 1,600 a month. I feel $1,000 a month rent is excessive..

Is this right? Doesn't feel right!

I am naturally smaller than her, but yet when I told her my weight, she soon after developed an eating disorder. I have one too, she doesn't know about it but this is an example of how she ALWAYS tries to be "better."

I know that bestfriends are about going through life together, NOT about trying to have a "better" life.

I have a another very close friend, she talks down about her just because she's my best friend.
She tries to say she's smarter than me, and that she has better grades. But it's not even true.. at all.. and it really bugs me.

She's a know it all and ALWAYS thinks she's right.
She shoots down every fun idea that I have, and mopes at lunch when my other friends sit with us. Sorry she doesn't have any other friends besides me..

But WHY must she always make everything into a competition?

They are grown, and got along well from small thru high school. It really started at my son's wedding when his married sister and some friends messed his apartment up as a joke. They did not destroy anything. Now my son can't get past this and has said I always loved my daughter best and he wants really nothing to do with his family anymore. I am devastated.

OK recently I've been really suspicious of my sister. Whenever someone asks her if she has a crush on a boy or something, she says something like "Uh.... I'm not into boys YET.." SHE IS 14!! Most girls these days are into boys at only 6 years old! and today my computer is not working so I am using her computer. And she has this folder with like HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of pictures of these random girls, not porno, just random girls. And sometimes when she sees a girl who is dressed very slutty, she keeps staring at her. Could she be a lesbian?

If you got chatting to someone on the net on the opposite side of the Atlantic, and it seemed like you were compatible for a relationship, would you buy yourself an airfare and meet her or him?

There is a dance coming up on the 29th. I really want to ask this girl to the dance, but the thing is we're not on that same level yet. Like friendship wise. I've talked to her online a couple of times and said "hi" to her in the hallway and school once or twice. I don't really know how I can get to know her better. Shes in none of my classes, her friends are none of my friends. And idk, but its weird, cause I talked to her online.

I was just thinking, like if I there was a guy who was talking to you online a lot, but not really in school, would you be kinda creeped out? Like I really want to get to know her, but there's not a chance except over MSN messenger, where I talk to her.

Btw im not asking her over the computer, im gonna ask her in person, if we ever get there. I just want to get to know her better and talk to her.

My question is, will you feel akward or creeped out, if I talk to you online, but rarely do in school.

I've kinda liked this guy for 4 years now....before he got tall and skinny and became popular and smart and a really good athelete. I've liked him back when he was a little boy sitting in the back of the class with a bull cut. But then again, I wasn't a cool, good looking girl back then either. This summer I really tried to flirt...I did the eye contact and smile then look away thing....I started conversations with him at swim meets.....but then he go a girl friend from a town about a half hour from where we live....but before he got a girlfriend, he would kinda make it seem that he was interested in me...he would sometimes return my eye contact....he would always talk to me....but i don't know....I know that I should probably back off I mean the guy has a girlfriend, but I don't really want to...Any suggestions?

I came home from work&my husband was sleeping while my 6month old was in a room on the other end of the house with the door closed. My 4yr old was walking around the house with dirty, urine smelling clothes on.I wake him up 2 find that he hadn't fed our 6mth old since morning(6.5 hrs ago) and he left her in her crib with the door closed 6hrsago because she wouldn't stop crying(I wonder why).He walks into the front room, goes to sleep& was awoke by me.My 4yr old hadn't eaten at all & had just been walking around the house all day(all the lights out, just as I left them).I was irate and pissed off,He acted like he'd done nothing wrong and mocked me for crying and being upset. He got on the phone with his mom and she's telling him I need to get self control & stop bringing up "the past" IE;All the other times he's pulled stuff like this(even left our kid by herself in the middle of the night once!).How could She try 2 turn the situation on me? What could be her motive for this?

My husband met an unmarried couple in a business trip, and lived with them for a few months. One day, the girl emailed him asking him for money, and told him at the end "by the way T and I are not together". He helped her out. She thanked him by email. Then five days later, she emailed again saying thank you, asking my husband to keep in contact with her, asking about his schedule, and also she sent her picture. Mr husband is still friend with her ex. I told my husband that I did not understand why she is trying to stick to him. She said thank you, she needs to move on. He said that he did not see anything wrong abut the mail. But I did. So I took matters into my hands and emailed her myself. I told her that I do not understand what she is looking for ,and that my husband does not need a picture as a thank-you note, nor he needs to contact her. He did a favor; end of the story, there is no need for follow-up. She called my husband to complain. I did what I have to do. Is that wrong?

My ex broke up with me on friday.
We didnt fight or anything,
& there wasn't really a reason.
We just kind of lost feelings for eachother.

I want him to want me back.
If that makes sense.
I want him to regret breaking up with me.

Is looking hot the best revenge?
Like I don't mean I want to get revenge on him...
I just want him to regret what he did.
How can I get him to like me again?

Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks much♥

(We're in highschool by the way)

PS: I was thinking about breaking up with him earlier;;;

I WOULD HAVE IF HE WASNT SO DARN HOTT.

=[

SORRY THIS IS CONFUSING.

...the main point is that i want him to want me.<3

There is a family in my neighborhood that appear to be the "perfect" family. The husband is attractive, intelligent, a good provider and a good Daddy. The wife is 16 years younger than he and quite a pretty. She is President of the PTA and a good Mommy. They have 2 beautiful children, an 11yo boy and a 9yo girl. They just got a puppy; and have the perfect little house, on a perfect little street, in our perfect little neighborhood. Everything seems truly "perfect" but it's not. I know for a fact that the husband been having an affair, perhaps not his first, for over a year. The wife doesn't seem to have any idea. It just breaks my heart. I don't really know her. Do I keep this information to myself? Help, I need your advice, I'm at a loss!

Because my ex was giving me so much trouble during the divorce suit, I caved and allowed for joint legal custody. Now, I seriously regret it because he has violated the parenting agreement on so many levels, hardly ever sees his daughter, and harasses me constantly, esp. in front of her! It really bothers me that he started a fight that he got physical with me in front of her, so now she always says "Mama mad. Dada bad. Dada hurt mama arm." And that happened weeks ago and she still brings it up! We were teaching her about police and how they take away the bad people. My mom asked "Who's bad?" to see what she would say (expecting people who hurt or are mean as responses) but she automatically says "Dada. Dada bad." He is always swearing and blows it off like she's not going to pick things up, but she's 2 1/2! I am at my wits end. My lawyer never gets back to me, either. What can I do? What SHOULD I do?
