My Bf wants to meet up at a hang out and then walk to a restaraunt and not tell my parents. I want to dump him hard for that, its a sin to lie and to disobey your parents. He asked me over the phone and I didn't quite prosses what he said so I said I'll think about it. HELP!!!!

why does my husband seem to only want me when he wants sex? is that a guy thing? i try to talk with him and he ignores me or changes the subject....i ask him to help me with things..he doesn't.....i try and do things as a family (me him and our 20month old daughter) and he would rather be playing pool with his friends or working....i feel as if he works to drown out life...but it never fails...we can have a horrible day..fight (verbally of course) just things are horrible but as soon as its bed time and we get in our room he is all over me trying to have sex......90% of the time it makes me so mad that i roll over and go to sleep...but other times i just lay there and get it over with b/c i know he wont leave me alone........am i in the wrong for not wanting to have sex with him on his every becon call? or is he just being selfish and using me for his sexual needs?

ok..so i just found out..i shoulda figured this out a long time ago..but for some reason..i never really thought about it....i look NOTHING like ANYONE on my dads side of the family.....at ALL...well..i asked my aunt..she said my mom was sleeping around when she got pregnant with me..i dont even look like my sisters..the only thing i got from my dad was the mole under my left eye...but i heard that if ur sleeping with 2 guys the baby can get traits from both guys....is my mom wrong for not telling me this?? and should i bring it up or just let it go and try to find my real dad later in life???

really wants out of that same sh*tty marriage? I have read so much about what the shrinks call "exit afairs". Self explanatory I think. They dont know how else to end the marriage, so they destroy it. My husband had an affair, and I am trying hard to determine if he would have rather I kicked him out instead of teling him we can try again and try to save what little is left of our marriage. He has bent over backwards to prove his remorse and intent to want it to work, but who knows about that, he lied for 5 months while he was banging some other woman. I just dont know what the truth is anymore. Somtmes I think I should just let him go, and other times I think he made a VERY poor choice when he was faced with a failing marriage, instead of just telling me he wasnt happy. is it possible unhappy marriages can drive men to cheat? and if the issues are worked out, the marriage can survive w/o future infidelity? I'm confused.

The woman has a Masters Degree and the man is a High School drop out. That is extreme, meaning they are at the end of each spectrum. People I know are have gotten divorced because of differences, egos and power struggles. (My sister, coworkers and some friends). What is the current research or statistics of unequal education in marriages and the divorce rate? Does anyone know?

My 57 yr. old father has always been somewhat of a hypochondriac. Hes always sick when we have a family event. Now he's become reclusive & never wants to leave his house. He's always sleeping. He was injured at work, went through workers comp & his employer(0f 35 yrs) forced him back 2 work. He told his employer he was still hurt. They basically forced him to retire or they would fire him (lose pension). I think he's depressed. My mother is in denial (enabling him). I also think he needs an attorney, but he refuses one. My sister thinks he wanted to retire all along & to let it go. I am very worried. He's the main provider for their household, without his income I don't think they can survive financially. I am married w/kids so I cant do much. I want my father to be well. How can I help him?

I was told that I waited too long to attempt to collect the 5 years worth of maintenece my ex was supposed to pay me. He never paid me a dime. At the time I was meek and mild and did not like to stand up for myself against him. Now I am good and peeved and want was was ordered by the courts. I cannot believe that too much time has passed, as I was married to the man for over 20 years. I reside in the state of NY. Any help would be appreciated.

My husband is a good man but very interested in his computer games and playstations and things of that nature. He would rather sit at the computer all day that to spend time with me and our 4 and a half month old daughter. I feel bad just telling him not to play so much because he is in school to be a game designer. I feel lonely and have tried everything I can think of to get him to pay more attention to us. Im scared that our daughter will wind up thinking her grandfather is her daddy because hes the one that helps me with her the most because of her daddy being on the computer so much... what should i do???
