Absolutely not (legally). There is a ton I could say on the subject, but sticking to legalities you can not be married without her parent's consent. My parents got married when my mom was 17 and they had to jump through hoops trying to get everything settled legally, and that was with her family being fully supportive.
besides that all i will say is stop and think, ok?

No. In maximum states it is seen statuatory rape and the nineteen 12 months previous would be jailed for having a sexual relationship with a minor. the nineteen 12 months previous does no longer want parental permission however the 15 12 months previous does. in case you do no longer choose parental permission, wait till you're 18. a fifteen 12 months previous has no corporation getting married interior the 1st place. She would desire to be out taking area in her infants on a similar time as she nonetheless has it because of the fact as quickly because it is long previous, it is long previous. Why are you in this variety of hurry to enhance up besides? in the journey that your father and mom have any experience in any respect, they gained't enable this variety of ingredient with stable reason. you could no longer help your self, you could no longer carry an entire time activity till you turn 18 via newborn exertions regulations. A 19 12 months previous would not make adequate money to help the two considered one of you.

It depends on your state. Do an online search about minimum age for marriage in your state. I don't want to discourage you, but all the people from my high school who married young--18 or younger--got divorced. If you are meant to be together, it will work out even if you have to wait a couple of years. Good luck.

No, you need permission for it, and although she is technically still a minor, depending on the state, that could be really bad. Like, if her parents really wanted to, even though it's only a 2 year age gap, they could get you for statulatory rape. So, if it was meant to work out, it will! Since most couples getting marred before 26 fail, waiting might not be a bad idea..

No you cant, not unless you get emancipated and to do that you would need several thousand for attorney's fees and be able to show extreme abuse by your parents.
While you are waiting to come of age I really, really suggest you follow along with the parents and don't tick them off. One word to the authorites and your girlfriend is going to be doing time in the state pen.

The age depends on what state you live in. Most states you have to be 17 to be emancipated and therefor 17 to be married.

Depends on the state, but most likely you will need her parents signature if she is under 18.
Why not wait two years?
Other than that she can sign if she's an emancipated minor.

No. She needs permision and you both need to grow up. I got engaged at 20 and though I felt like it was right, I also knew I needed to grow up. You will be together for the rest of your lives...dont rush it.

Depends on the state you live in, but remember - she's under age. What's your rush in getting married, anyway? Both of you need to finish your education. Concentrate on that, then your future will be a little more secure. The statistics on teenage marriages are not that great.

Only way it can be done is for her to go to court and ask to be declared an adult. If she can prove that she has not been dependent on them the court should grant it. Then she is a legal adult and can get married without parents permission.
