i already have a lawyer, and he thinks that we can do it without being married yet. we live in florida. we're willing to get married in a court just to do this but it would be great if we could just do it in may, since i already have deposits on the venue and photographer. thanks

ok thers this boy that i use to like well i still kinda do and i was with his cuzzin an we went to a park an i seen him an he gave me a hug and was talkin to me then he spent a night at hes cuzzin house and i did to and he ask me out an i said yeah and he said that he want me to be hes girlfriend and that he really wana be with me and that im the finest girl around and we was messin with each otha all night then the next day he left and gave me a hug by and from saturday he neva called me or text me and then i decided to call he finaly answerd we was talkin for a while then he said he was gone call me back and neva did so i dnt know ifhe really like me or he just playin and everytime i call he dont answer should i just leave him alone or wait cuse he dont show no concern an i really like him but i dont like him enough to let him hurt me so should i just let him go an he ack like he want me wen im by him but when im not he dont call or nothin

I have an order of protection on my ex-husband's new wife due to threats on my life and harassing me and my young children. She is posting threats on my life if I try to collect the back child support that is owed to me by using a myspace blog. She also calls my children nasty names in this blog. The order prohibits all forms of electronic communication and threats. Does this count as violating the order? She also caused a significant amount of damage to my car the same day she posted the blog, but I don't have any proof. I filed a police report, but they don't want to do anything. The blog is still posted and can be used as evidence. What can I do? (I live in Phoenix, Arizona)

Okay, I have this male friend who I work with and we get along great. I have this huge crush on him and I basically worship the ground he walks on. He's amazing and his personality is beyond words. He sends me vibes that he's really into me but he acts as if he's very afraid to admit anything. He just sits at work with me and stares at the floor as if something is on his mind but he's too scared to say anything. I have been looking for resources and answers as to why he is feeling the way he is and why won't he just tell me whatever is on his mind. I start to ask him about it but then I panic and get really scared of him. He's mentioned a few times before that he likes it when I call him and I am trying my best to help him along and get him to where he comes out and admits it but he does his panic attacks and makes up strange excuses as to why he likes it when I call and then I don't hear from him for a couple of days. Also, I get the feeling when he does this he is having problems at home. I feel that he is trying to come to me for support and comfort as a friend but he doesn't know how to go about it and tell me. I feel coming up there at work with me (He doesn't actually sit in the office as long as I do) is his get away from the problems at home. I try to be the bestest friend I can be and I give him all the attention he needs and he feels secure and safe. I can feel it in my heart that something is wrong but admitting it is very hard for him to do. He loves to talk and he's admitted to if someone sits there and talks with him then he will sit there all day just talking. I feel when he is at home he doesn't get one on one time and he doesn't have anyone to talk to. His friend has his own business so he's not around all of the time. He's called me before just to talk and I am scared to death to just blurt out what is going on with you and all of this because I don't want to end up being wrong. I know deep down in my heart this is going on because I went through all of it with this guy I use to babysit for.

All I try to do is give him whatever he wants/needs. If he just wants to ramble on then I'm there to listen. He's gave me those smiles and the look in his eyes says it all.

I just need suggestions on how I can act towards him to get him to realize that it's okay to talk to me without just telling him flat out. I need some answers on some signs that he is having problems at home. I know I am seeing these signs but I just want to confirm it. I have been crushed by all of this and I need all of the help I can get.

I need your honest and nice opinions, please!

Me and my husband have a 2 year old and a 6 week old newborn. I am a full-time student and he works with his dad (His dad owns the business). However, I do not start school till the end of august so I have been staying at home with the kids. I feel like I am the only one who can do household chores and the only one that can take care of the kids. He works about 60+ hours a week and by the time he gets home, our two year old is in bed and he's to tired to even talk to me. He doesnt help with anything. And he makes me feel like he doesnt appreciate all that I do --keeping our house, bills, and kids managed. I understand that he brings in the income, but he gets paid salary--NO OVERTIME and he continues to work like this. He has told his parents that he works to much (so he says) but he continues to let them run over him. How can I make him understand that I do alot and that he is going to have to be here when I start school again... for me and for the kids. We arent even close..

Ok i have this friend, she makes me laugh all the time!!! But sometimes shes alittle too moody. and well she gets herself into trouble alot (she makes prank callz, she says she's emo and she cutz herself, shes way too boy obbessed *cant live without a boy*, and she will do anything to break the rules.). But then again she can be really nice, cool, and funny! I wanna be her friend but at the same time dont. My mom doesnt approve of her being my friend. should i still be her friend or not?!!!

Getting married in Hong Kong in Dec2007 and I'm looking for vendors that does wedding favors... please help...
I'm making my own favors for the US wedding but since I don't have enough time... and I didn't want to carry or ship the favors I've made, I'm hoping to find wedding vendors from HK. I'm having really tuff time finding good vendors on the web can someone help. I need to find vendors from HONG KONG so it's easier for pick up when I get there in Dec. Thanks! ^.~

Is it against the military to be a part of a subculture. I have took interest in a subculture that has been known to have a "bad" name. The cops have labled the groups as being "violent" but the group is far from violent. Its not a gang. I dont know if you know what Straight Edge is, but thats something I have been interested in...and what are the consequences if the army disapproves of a soldier being associated with "violent" groups...even if they aren't violent.

I have been searching for a reception site in my area, Lewiston Maine, or surrounding area's (up to 25 miles or so) Mainly what I want is formal, but not to much so, I would like a hotel/inn environment, so guests can stay at the location. I would like to be able to seat 150 people at least. I need a site that can cater onsite and provide a bar service. I am looking to spend 20-30 a head.

So my older sisters best guy friend broke up w/ his girl friend and then started to ask me on a date and to hang out w/ him. My sister found out and told him that she didn't want him to hangout w/ me unless she was there.She is really protective and possesive of her friends so this doesn't surprise me. Also she has a 15 year old son because she is divoced but it wasn't her fault. The reason why she got divorced was cause she found out that her ex husband was dating behind her back and her son lives with her ex husband,and her son is 15 and I am 23.Also this women is related to me by marriage already because she is my sister-in-law's cousin by blood. So we are already related by marriage.I had a crush on her since I was 13, wich was when my brother first met his wife who is now my sister-in-law, and now our family and her family are all family now. My sister-in-law's cousin has known me since I was 13 and she does not know that I have had a crush on her all these years. I want to give tips to all girls out there. Please DO NOT love the man too much, let him love you more than you love him. If you love him too much, when he leaves you, you suffer much more. It's not fair for a woman to suffer over a man. It's fair for a man to suffer over a woman.

Therefore ladies, please marry the man that loves you, not because you love him.

In this case, you're loving him more than he loves you. He doesn't sacrifice his life for you, forget him.

When you cry, and he doesn't do what you want, it means he doesn't love you at all.

Forget him. Find a man that loves and accepts who you are and giving you the freedom of choice.

Love is to give and to take. I make mistake, you forgive me. That's how love is all about.

So ladies, whatever mistake you make, you cry. If they don't do what you want, say bye to them.
