Very prudish and conservative people would say yes.
People that swear a lot, and folks that use a lot of colorful language would say no.
There is no actual place to get a reading on this.
If around very religious prudish folks, I would not use the word. If my running buddies, yeah.

Depends who you ask. Amish, Pentecostals, and my Grandmother would say it is a swear. Myself , pagans and the world at large would say it is an adjective!
