So theres this boy. We barely talk at school but on msn we talk like crazy. We went out but i don't think it was nothing that serious but even after our break-up he confronted me taht he liked me still. I told him that i liked him as a friend but nothing more..then 2 weeks later he tells me and my friend he likes us both a bit. He's acting really weird and its awkward talking to him now. Im pretty sure that he thinks i have feelings for him..but i don't! i don't kno what to do. I wanna confront him but im not sure what to say. I think he deserves better, a girl that actually likes him my friend on the other hand has some feelings for him but can't make up her mind. My question is what should i do?What should i tell him?Im really confused and i don't wanna talk to him at all!!

Curvy or very thin?

Not curvy like overweight, but just a nice sized chest, thin waist and round hips.

Women, what do you prefer?

I live in Chicago right by Park Ridge. It gets real boring around here on the weekends. What are some things that me and my friends can do besides go to the HIP?

"He was a kind man, when sober. He was generous, when he passed out we could steal his money. He treated all 9 of his wives with respect; by divorcing them. He taught us well; like when we learned butter can heal a bruise. He gave us shelter, in little boxes by the garbage can outside. He will be missed, by the debt collectors. Let us now bow our heads in memory of him. Dear Lord, we thank you for taking him away from this Earth, and please let Lucifer treat him with the dignity he deserves. Amen"

Is that a good speech for my father, or should I work on it?

Isn't this rude? I don't want to bring this up because I don't want to sound petty and nag like. Is this just a man thing or a rude boyfriend?

i have these "friends" that i've known (some for about 10 years) yet none of them call me anymore, i have to put all of the effort into hanging out with them. however, there was this girl i used to be friends with who out of the blue stopped talking to me yet they are all still friends with her (i really don't care) and actually CALL her to hang out. i've been told i should just drop them and move on, but i just don't understand what is really going on

In cases of divorce when a child is involved who claims the child at the beginning of the year when filing taxes? If we are joint managing conservators but I am the conservator with primary possession and the right to designate our son's residence do I claim him or does my soon to be ex husband claim him? I would like to be the one to claim him each year. Do I need to speak to my lawyer to request that or how does that work? My husband is not very involved at all in our son's life and I do the most for him so I would only see it fair that it should be me.

Call me stupid, but I write down my personal confessions of a piece of paper and I put them in one of my pillow cases. They were about how I "love" this guy (but I know I'm too young for love) and how I want him to kiss me because I don't want to make the first move and I basically printed out his emails and confessed how cute I thought they were.

Well, my dad basically has no idea of my personal life and now I'm super embarassed because now he suddenly knows who I've dated and who I've kissed and stuff like that.

I know he read it 'cause I sealed the envelop and I found it open on my desk after my dad took my bedsheets so he could put them in the laundry and I forgot that they were still in one of my pillows.

What should I do? Ignore it?
He knows I know he read it and I'm afraid I'm going to be too embarassed to talk about it. I'm afraid he'll tell other people and my older brother and they'll have a good laugh about it.

Help? By the way, I'm fourteen.

WE have joint custody with the mother being the primary custodian. She is trying to withold visitations due to circumstances unrelated to divorce settlement. She is also allowing her boyfriend (neither engaged nor married) to spend the night with the children present. In addition, she is using profanity in front of and toward the children (i.e. verbally and mentally abusive to children).

He's a sweet guy, works hard and owns his house (no payments due), real safe, he doesn't take risks or anything, good with children, and once a month at the full moon he becomes a rampaging wolf. How can I convince my parents to like him?

This is just a curiosity question, not a personal one, but do you have any deal breakers in your relationship? What, if any, are the lines your significant other would have to cross for you to call it quits without trying?

I wouldn't tolerate abuse of any type, be it physical, verbal, sexual, emotional, or substance. I wouldn't allow our child to grow up in that atmosphere, nor would I allow our pets to take the brunt of any cruelty. That would be grounds for me to leave immediately.

I also wouldn't accept adultery. Affairs--physical, emotional, or both--are something I couldn't get past. I don't consider having female friends cheating, but we also agree on where friendship ends and the next level begins. Same with porn--downloading a video is fine in our relationship, but anything interactive is not.

Major or habitual lying is the other thing. There's simply no need for it. I can deal with anything my other half has to say as long as he's honest.

What are yours?

So here's the deal. I have a very sweet & loving husband but for some reason he will not take care of things out in the yard. I just want our house to look as nice on the outside as it does on the inside. I wish he wouldn't let the grass get so long before cutting it. Right now, everything is overgrown & needs to be weedwacked desperately... I would do it myself but I'm about 4 weeks from giving birth & would probably pass out from the heat. I don't want to nag him but I'm honestly getting really annoyed. I mean how difficult is it to take out the broom and sweep a little bit? I did it this morning. It's about 100 degrees outside & this is the last thing I need to be doing. BTW, I keep our house immaculate, no matter how hard it is for me to do right now. My 4 year-old helps me more than my husband does! Advice?

My son is getting married soon and neither he nor his wife- to -be has asked my daughter, his sister, to be in their wedding. My daughter is so hurt by this I am afaid its going to come between the two women. I think its sad because his finacee is not reaching out to try and be part of our family. Truely I am having a difficult time figuring her out. Its like she doesn't want to be close to us.
This not my idea of a great way to start out with someone's family. Or are we just reading too much into this.?

I still have my ex-husbands name because I wanted to have the same last name as my kids. Now I'm getting married in a few months and I have not yet solved the dilemma of whether to give my kids my new hubby's name since he's so loving to them and looking forward to being their "dad". He has no kids but treats mine like they are his and their dad barely wants anything to do with him unless he's forced. I want my kids to share my last name and I want to take the name of my fiance. I was thinking of hyphenating but to keep my ex's name seems kinda disrespectful in my mind...What do you think?

Unless a woman is proven unfit or doesn't show up for the court date....usually custody is granted to them.

My partner & I have been together 2yrs, I have a 5 1/2yr old son. My partner has never been a child-orientated person & has always struggled with the demands & constrains that having a child puts on you. We seems to have very little "us" time & have lost being a loving, happy couple. Its like we just live together, we both still love each other very much!! I feel stuck in the middle, resenting my son & angry at my partner for not being more child oriented(she was raised JD & an only child too). I'm sad & tied as is she & its hard not knowing what to do. I want to relationship back like it was in the beining....relationships are always more exciting at the start, its just trying to keep it that way & in reality it cant be, due to the demands that life, work & family places on you!!!!
