Hi! I'm from France and sorry...I don't speak well english, but I want to find an answer to my question. Please give me some advices! I met a Canadian in april in Scotland and he came to visit me here in France in july. We had a very good time together. We became very fond of each other, but the distance is there, and he has professional obligations and commitments until july 2008. He's very busy now and I don't know when I'll be able to see him again. What I feel for him is very strong. And I'm afraid that time change our feelings. I'm afraid because he has to go to war next year in Afghanistan, and I worry about him. I don't know what to do in this situation, how to react to that. It's the unknown for me. Please help me, if you have an idea, or if you already were in this situation. Thanks.

to make a long story short, over the summer one of my guy friends and i really hit it off, and we have deeper feelings for each other. the only problem is my parents. they're convinced that we're just friends, but i know we're both ready to start dating. if my guy friend asks me out, what should i say to him? my parents aren't exactly pro-dating, so i'd have to convince them before they agreed. they really like him, so it wouldn't take too much work. but i don't want to sound like i'm turning him down when i answer by saying i need to talk to my parents. and then any tips on how i should approach my parents?? they have no clue that i like him. HELP!!

I sent him a message asking if he wanted to get together sometime and hangout,he replied a couple hours later with "owtay" and then asked where I do hair at. so i replied with "why,do you need a haircut?definitley not highlites,the brown is adorable" and he has not responded,this was a week ago....should I message him again?if so what do i say?

My boyfriend of 2 years and I broke up two days ago. After the breakup, which was a huge mess, he told me that he still loved me, and I told him the same. The next day, we agreed to be just friends. I tried calling him to talk last night and this morning, but he won't get back in touch with me. Because I know his voice mailbox password, I know he deleted the messages I had left for him. I get the feeling he is ignoring me now and acting like I never existed. I'm no longer going to try to get in touch with him, but is there any chance he will come around and talk to me again? Like, give me a call, or anything? I miss him, and I know he misses me too.

Met this guy online while he was in Iraq. Talked to him wrote letters for almost 7 months & things were good. He came home & things started off kind of rocky, but we got past it. Then things got rocky a couple of months later, but we got past that as well. After a year rolled around between him being in Iraq & then home, I felt like he should have been able to tell me were things were going, but he could not. I met someone else who wanted to be more serious with me & I told him I would go with the other guy because he could not tell me & I am still with the other guy. I bought the military guy a few gifts while he was in Iraq & when he came home he gave me a digital camera. Me choosing the other guy happened the last week of January & I had not heard from the military since (7 months). He said he was out of the service in June and moving out of the state. So why did I get a text today saying send me back my camera? Is this to get a response out of me or does he really want the camera?

I am 21..I still live at home and work a crappy job and I go to school at a community college so I don't really have any money. I really can not take living at my house with my parents anymore. My dad is a maniac and I know he hates me. I am everything he never wanted. All he does is put me down and call me a fat slob. He calls me every name in the book...and I can't deal with it anymore. He use to beat me up, but that stopped when I was around 18..I know he would still hit me if I really taked beack to him. It is even worse now..My mom went on vacation for a week and he is treating me like complete ****. I tried to clean the house while he was at work and all he did was complain about anything he could. Calling me a fat slob and telling me who would ever want to mary a f cukin pig like me. I can't even talk to him. I have hated him since I was little..around the age of 8...he is also the most racist person in ...and my ex bf was spanish..please help

her and her husband had been separated for some time and now someone is telling her that she won't be allowed to get a divorce if she is pregnant, which makes no sense to me because the baby isn't even her husbands and yet her husband is refusing to sign the papers right now anyway.
